Skintscotslass, my birthday is in May, so it looks like that makes me the oldest one on here by a few months. Are you trying for your first?

No my DD is 16, always wanted more kids but ex husband didnt. Was on my own for 10 years and then met the most fab guy just over 3 years ago.

Sometimes I get really depressed about my age as there's nothing I can do about it and I think we've left it too late. I'm trying to be positive but finding it tricky. I take it from your username you're trying for your first?

Penny/MV - its so long since I posted, I dont think I send my congratulations :j:T:j:T:j

  • Hi, I very rudely lurked and then posted in reply to MV without introducing myself.

I'd like to join you, if I may, ttc #3, new years' resolution is to lose weight or get pregnant, one or the other, but both though unlikely would be a bonus!

I know a couple of people from flylady thread.

eta am 38, if I'd started in my 20's would prob have loads of kids by now!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

am actually having conversations with the cat. She doesn't reply though, the ignorant cow! (unless prawns are brought into the equation; doesn't bloody shut up then)

You mean it's not normal to talk to the cats :D:o

Mine go mad for Quorn, I swear my girl would take my quorn ham sandwich out of my mouth given half the chance.

Penny, I'm so pleased that your little bean is still there, I've got my fingers crossed for you - and you have the perfect excuse for sitting with your feet up - Dr told you to!!!

Speaking of Knitting/Crochet, I have issue 7 and 11 of the Art of Knitting going begging if anyone would like them - for some reason they sent duplicates, so they're just sitting here doing nothing!
