Still, onwards and upwards. I used it to focus and got me seen by a stop smoking advisor. Got my patches and inhalator and Sunday will see me going smoke free :eek: Am kinda glad am not PG in a small way, as at least I will be able to say I gave up before I got PG.

Just need to work on the drinking now but one thing at a time......

I live about 40 miles away from Manchester and Liverpool. I'm not keen on either but they are the closest places for gigs.
