maria your symptoms sound like it could be a UTI if it hurts when you wee. I'd ring up NHS direct and they'll tell you whether its worth seeing a doc.

    welcome to rach and mancbird!

smartie sorry AF got you. I get big clots and some of them are very scary. One time I was flooding badly and called OH in the the bathroom as I was freaking out, just in time for him to see me pass a HUGE clot - it scared me so must have tramatised him, poor boy! (it amazes me btw that some OH don't want to see poas etc - my OH has to cope with alsorts!)
Proud to be a moneysaver!
  • Hi ladies..can I just ask a bd'ing question?

Do you find that regimented 'we need to do it NOW!' type bd'ing is totally un-romantic??

I think my OH is struggling a bit with the formality of it a bit, and (I know this is awful :o) but I'm scared he wont be able to 'do it' and we'll miss our opportunity for the month

    It's all very stressful.

Also I worjk a very long day (as does he) and to be honest we quite often aren't in the mood at all (case in point - last night).

Did the ov test, got a line which wasn't quite as dark as the test line, so going to try again when I get in, but dreading the whole 'right love, get em off and hop on' thing as its so un-sexy!!
Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,
You don't even take him seriously,
How am I going to get to heaven?,
When I'm just balanced so precariously..
  • ...just to add I havent been feeling much like doing it for a while now...think I lost my mojo...

I wonder what the best way of going about this.
Perhaps telling OH it's nearly time! in the morning perhaps, and after work, I could say, are you ready for tonight hun, and in bed, kissy kissy?

One could always email the same thing:rotfl:
  • Hi everyone, been to uni today, going to take my dog for a walk soon and then get back to working on my assignment. Feeling happier today, trying to get used to the change in my anti depressants. DH will be home later today, can't wait. He went to his xmas work do yesterday. Hugs to everyone.

Not good idea to mention ov then:o
Problem is, there's so many Christmas thingies going on, and if he comes home late or have been drinking, how do I get him in the mood?

If he's been drinking surely it's easier?! Or maybe thats just my DH:confused: But after a glass of wine or couple of beers and a nibble on the ear is normally enough to get him going:D Or any kind of party atmosphere where he can relax helps with things later on:D

If he comes home late I see it as a bonus as I'll have had more time at home alone putting a plan together and to relax, a nice hot shower and some pampering time for me helps too:D
