OMG I cannotbelieve that people feel they can rule people like this! Even to prevent them from getting married! Ridiculous

Awwww Littlebit he's gorgeous - that hair is amazing!
Just been reading that story that EA posted - there MUST be more going on. I know of plenty of people with severe learning difficulties (who I;ve come across through work) who have got married and had children, and probably shouldn't really be caring for those children. There must be some reason why they;re not prepared to leave the baby with the dad as well. Either that or it's grossly exagerrated by the papers.

Wow, missed lots of chatter last night! Congrats LittleBit on your Bonfire Night baby!! He's soooooo cute!! Welcome to the madhouse lolo
...
SJ, was it you talking about being hot? YES. I have to throw off the duvet about halfway through every night...we don't even have the heating on at night here and I can sleep with a sheet for many hours and not get cold the least bit! I remember this time last year pinning my poppy on my coat every morning, but I've only been wearing a light hooded sweatshirt (the only maternity outerwear I have) and not been cold once. Been kinda panicking about buying a mat coat, as they seem to cost the moon but at the rate we're going I may not even need one!
Saves on the heating bill I'm sure, haha...
DH and I totally crashed disgracefully early last night, but it was deelish. Sometimes I feel like the biggest lazy bum in the world when I go to bed that early, but it's totally worth it, LOL...definitely have the itch to do some baking today, so hoping I can drag him to the store after breakfast!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Hiya ladies
Congrats to all the new mums, all the pics are gorgeous.
Welcome to the newbies, I hope you are all feeling well.
Mrs Ihenetu, I can totally sympathise with you, not only with falling down the stairs (I did it twice) but also with finding my second pregnancy a lot harder. DD seems to be a lot more demanding lately and some of the tantrums she's had have been unreal (but she is 2 in 2 and a half weeks ) Yesterday was a prime example, DH left for work at 10 to 3, cue screaming from DD that she wanted to go to the pub  (dh works there lol) nothing I did would stop her screaming so I ended up getting dressed
and taking her to see Daddy :rotfl:
I've got my 20 week scan on tuesday so place your bets ladies, boy or girl :jCross Stitch Cafe member 710 -

Am feeling a bit sorry for myself today as i managed to fall down the stairs with DS (18mths) in my arms. Luckily he is totally fine and seems unaffected however i have a bruised behind  and am a bit worried about bean as i'm only 10+5 weeks gone. Touch wood i've no stomach cramps yet but i think if i get any i will be straight off to a+e.
Hope you are ok, I'm sur eyou will be though. I fell down the stairs a few weeks ago and was fine apart from a couple of bruises and a carpet burn on my ankle from sliding down the stairs once I landed! it was the shock more than anything that got to me. Couldn't stop crying for ages!Hi everyone

TMI ALERT!! This morning I inserted a finger inside me... I dont really know why, lol, felt very hard at the top where I assume the head would kinda be, and had a bit of reddy discharge on my finger after, although no sign of this when I wipe usually. Any ideas if this is normal/promising?? TIA!!
:rotfl: My SIL did that and that night she went into labour!!!
Welcome to the newbies, July2010 already???

Ooh I hope the same happens to me, lol!! Just been and took the dog for a walk in the hope that might help too. Think I could be setting myself up for a long wait with me getting impatient this early
Just debating what to do with the rest of the day now, got 1 thing to ebay, woowoo lol!! xxBaby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
I'm not going to buy a maternity coat - way too expensive. Just going to wear my normal coat, then when I can no longer close it I'll wear it open with a big scarf!! :money:Ha ha!
Aless it wasn't me saying about being hot/coldHowever I'm normally cold all the time but since being pg I've just been ok, so it seems that little increase in temperature is working out well for me!!
