  • Congrats Sarah Joanne, alfie is gorgeous!
Will someone please tell my baby girl that it's ok to come out now?I've been getting more and more tired as the days go by and I'm actually concerned as to whether I will have the stamina and energy to do labour.I'm hoping that adrenaline will kick in and take over.Last time I was in established labour for 14 hrs and it was a marathon!I've been reassured it will be quicker this time as it's my 2nd.There is a section in my notes saying that I have fibromyalgia and may become tired during labour, which explains the situation to the midwifes.Just worried as I'm exhausted right now and I was talking to my mum tonight and saying that maybe it wd be better if baby stays where she is till I feel stronger.Mum said what if she stays put and you get even more fatigued 'cos of it?This is the 3rd day in a row I've had a headache and I know it's 'cos I'm so tired.Grr.I'm rabbiting on aren't I.Sorry girls. It's just I was doing so well up till a few weeks ago but I'm really feeling it now x Going bed I think,x

First of all SJ huge congrats, Alfie is absolutely gorgeous and you both sound so happy, and thanks for your advice and comments on HB, BF, etc.

Nikkit will just add some extra labour vibes and hope that does the trick ;)

CAFC haven't even been on here for so long, haven't yet said congrats about the house, so congrats! enjoy planning everything :D

elainec congrats on 12 weeks, i stll don't feel like it's real and i'm about 16 weeks now, don't think i will till bean starts kicking!

Twinkles, hope you manage to regain some energy, have you tried eating high energy snacks at regular intervals, e.g. raisins, nuts, dried apricots, energy bars etc? dunno if that will help though.

Som, hope crutches help, and what did you think of Duplicity? Haven't seen it yet but fancy it

hope everyone else is ok :)

Well I got to hear our baby's heartbeat today!! It was great. She couldn't find it for a little bit but eventually it appeared loud and clear, hurrah. AND got home after work to find 20-week scan appointment letter waiting for us! It's on 12th March so only 4 weeks tomorrow, yay :j

I am finding it really hard to get through a whole working week at the moment, get to weds/thurs night and am shattered. Got another headache today and tried the 4head stuff, didn't really seem to work that well but it smells nice :D

Got half term week off with DH though so tomorrow is my last day for a while so that will be lovely :) can't wait to have lie ins every day for a week!

Watched One Born Every Minute with DH, he says he won't watch any more episodes now! But I loved it and can't wait till the next one. The 18-year-old son made me laugh a lot, how weird to have him there... best line was 'I'm going to eat my fruit pot' ?!

Right will stop rambling on now as am off to bed

    sleep well everyone x

SJ, how on earth are you doing scheduled feeding? If I tried to do that, Finn would wail the house down until the 4 hr mark as quite often he wants it sooner than that...do you just let him be hungry until then or what? Not criticising, but just curious as to how it works!
