I think the average walking speed is like 3 miles an hour - so it should take you less than half an hour :) Home Bargains is amazing - I always go in with my best mate and get all excited buying loads of rubbish, we're so sad!

I looooooove salami, have had it a few times cooked on cheese & toast :D but I love it on its own with houmous and pitta and olives, god I can't wait to eat it!

No I'm not using EPO or calcium, sort of think that baby will come when he wants anyway - only got the RLT as OHs aunt who's a midwife said it was really good - she said the rest was probably a bit pointless if you've got a good varied diet which I think I have?!

Ok cool, I might do a test run to the drs cos I dont want to rely on MIL and FIL all the time! I want to be able to get there myself, so I might try the walk tomorrow with my bump band on to see if I can manage it before attempting it next tues for my appointment?

Thanks Som :) well according to the gro egg we bought for beany's room its currently 16.5 in here, is that too hot does anyone know?

    Hello ladies

Still no word from SJ!!! I wanna know what she's got :)

Kindof - oooh that's a fab freebie from Bizziebaby. I'm sure I joined not too long after you lot so hopefully should hear from them soon :)

We have a Home Bargains but they seem to call them Quality Save in Manchester!

Seen this baby carrier on hotukdeals. Think I'm gonna go ahead and order one, looks like a really good price

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000UIVMC2/ref=nosim/?!!!!!hotukdeals-21

Nikkit - can't believe no sign of bubs yet. Hope you're ok after fall.

Sorry if I've missed anyone off - only had time for a quick skim tonight!

Thanks Som :) well according to the gro egg we bought for beany's room its currently 16.5 in here, is that too hot does anyone know?

Anything I've read says that 18C is optimum so no, not too hot
  • Hi everyone, wow I'm pleased it's only 8 more working days til I start my leave! I felt really grotty today - got all dizzy again at work and ended up coming home early. Think I'll give the midwife a call if I'm the same tomorrow, I'm really not sure what's causing it now my dodgy tum's cleared up.
Gill - thanks for that link, that looks like a good price.
Nikkit - hope you're ok after the fall.
EA - I've set that programme to record, but I'm not convinced that it's a good idea to watch it - it may make me have second thoughts, and it's a bit late for that! I loooooove Torchwood, I recently heard a rumour that they may be making a new series and I'm really excited by the prospect. In the meantime I will have to content myself with Survivors, Being Human and the Vampire Diaries.
I'm afraid all the things that I'm looking forward to after the birth seem to centre around food! I'm salivating at the prospect of pate on toast, followed by medium-rare steak with blue cheese, a big glass of wine (maybe a few veggies because I like to pretend I'm civilised) and finished off with creme brulee - yum!
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

EA - will be watching One Born Every Minute, was quite suprised OH agreed tho lol! Bummer OH cant get away earlier :(

Kindof - what colour is the Gro egg? Blue is too cold and red is too hot, but anything in the yellow or orange range is fine :D Oh and boo mothercard, am afraid that santander for you!!!

CAFC - my belly button has been really shallow since about 20 weeks too but has never actually popped out and am 37 week on Thur. Dont worry tho cos even if yours does it will go back once baby is born.

Smartie - no reason you cant go on the Wii Fit its just out for me am afraid what with the spd that Ive had since 15 weeks, I used to do 30 min a day before!

Tesco delivery just came, only one item missing which was OHs deodrant but no biggie I can pick that up any where :D Very pleased man was lovely and got all the offers I wanted :) Had chicken tikka masala for dinner, not particularly nice but ok, making up for it with Ice cream and choc sauce tho hehe.
