I think the average walking speed is like 3 miles an hour - so it should take you less than half an hour :) Home Bargains is amazing - I always go in with my best mate and get all excited buying loads of rubbish, we're so sad!

I looooooove salami, have had it a few times cooked on cheese & toast :D but I love it on its own with houmous and pitta and olives, god I can't wait to eat it!

No I'm not using EPO or calcium, sort of think that baby will come when he wants anyway - only got the RLT as OHs aunt who's a midwife said it was really good - she said the rest was probably a bit pointless if you've got a good varied diet which I think I have?!
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

Kindof - woohoo that baby is starting to engage :D sorry to hear about the BP but at least everything else is ok! Is it warm in your house/flat, cos thats when I find me feet and hands swell, spesh if you just came in from the cold. Cool that you can get a costco card, we dont have one around here but I do have a bookers card for Army cadets and I know they do nappies etc, tho there range isnt as good as makro or costco :(

Nikkit - hope your fall wasnt too serious, its awful being rh- I had to have two anti ds within 3 days of each other due to bleeding! Hope the blood tests go ok x

What are you most looking forward to being able to do again once baby is born?

(ok so its similar to Kindofs and EAs really)

    *Sleep on my tummy
*Bacon and runny egg sarnie, as well as poached eggs :D
    *Wii Fit
    *Steak (medium rare) Mmmm :D
    *Long walks with dog
*Long films at cinema cos I cant sit for very long atm without ending up in pain!

Nope not taking Calcium or EPO tho did buy them, wasnt too convinced after MW waved them off. May opt to pop a few of the calcium once in labour as I figure they help with pain and by then cant do bubs any harm. EPO was considering using for pernium massage but havent gotten around to it yet, keep forgetting like with my pelvic floor excercises!

Dunno why we can't have salami Kindof...maybe something to do with it being cured? Just know we can't!

I've been using the Wii fit smartie, don't see why we can't? All the midwife says when I see her is that it's great I'm keeping active as it should make labour easier physically :D

Can I add a drink to my list? Make mine a Koko Kanu & Pineapple juice, mmmmmmmmmm

    Toxoplasmosis

Toxoplasmosis is an infection caused by a parasite found in cat faeces. It can also be present in:
    • raw or undercooked meat, and
    • soil left on unwashed fruit and vegetables.
Although rare, toxoplasmosis can be passed to the unborn baby, which can cause serious problems.

To reduce the risk of toxoplasmosis, don't eat the following foods:
    • unwashed raw fruit and vegetables,
    • raw or undercooked meat,
    • cured meats, such as Parma ham and salami, and
    • unpasteurised goats' milk or goats' cheese.
You should also avoid contact with soil or faeces that might contain the toxoplasmosis parasite. Always wear gloves if you’re gardening or changing a cat litter tray. If possible, ask someone else to do it for you.

just made a nommy sausage casserole with roasted sweet potatoes for dinner.... love it but it takes like an hour to cook and that makes me hungry so ive had a cadbury cake bar (oh dear!).... watching market kitchen at the same time doesnt help either...

I've got a question...... my belly button appears to be getting shallower and shallower, so much so that I can now see inside it without having to stretch it about etc.... at 22 weeks, is this likely to mean Im going to end up with a sticky out belly button??? And if so, does it go back in after the birth?
