Barking - Thanks hun. Tooth isnt too bad, it comes and goes and its sometimes my tooth, sometimes my jaw, sometimes my ear LOL I think ive got some uncovered nerves or something.....cold really seems to annoy it....

Gym - we're gonna attach it to the head of the cot i think, maybe when hes a bit older and moving about in there, we'll attach it to the wall so he doesnt grab at them or something....

Just had a massive bowl of cereal and now im off for more....yum yum yum

Afternoon all!!! OH has given me his cold - boo hoo. I got some maternity clothes from Asda, 3 pr of trousers (size14 - not been in a 14 for ages - and dont anyone spoil it by saying their sizes are very generous :rotfl:) a cardi and 3 tops :T:)

OH informed me that he would like to be at the 'business end' as bubs comes out, I said 'Oh...right..' he said he wont if I dont want him to be. I know he wouldnt mind cutting the cord though

I've been lucky (tocuh wood!) for pain so far. Had a bad time with pelvis just before Christmas, but that totally disappeared while I was off work for 2 and a half weeks and hasn't come back so must have been stress related. I've started struggling at work this last week tho, think it's as bump is getting bigger. My legs and feet have been killing me by 3pm and I've had to bring a chair to the front of the store....but it's just not practical to sit down for too long! I went to do something on Friday and when I went back to the front an old man had sat on it while he was waiting for his wife!!!!

Went to see the inlaws last night and MIL has got her first prezzie for baby. It's a really cute activity lion from Sainsburys. He's a lovely lemon colour and will got perfectly in the nursery

Hope SJ has got her little one with her now

Does anyone know if Asda have got any of their baby event stuff in the sale yet? Thought I might potter down later and have a look.

Afternoon, God this weather is miserable and cold,really not good for the mood on a monday:(

Dh has just nipped off on his lunch to sign paperwork for a new car we went to see at weekend. We've had to get a 7 seater before bubs arrives and although it is nice to get a nice new car ( well,new to me but 2nd hand 07 plate) It is just really hard to get excited about a people carrier.... I do love cars and there aren't any ppl carriers that excite me. But this one is really nice and tidy,practical etc etc. Doesn't help that Dh keeps ringing me to 'make sure' I'm happy to go through with it:cool:

Warning, this bit is a bit tmi
Omg i am so tired. Last night after i was in bed for like an hour i had a feeling i really needed to go to the toilet, so i went in and nothing happened but instead i was sick and there was alot of it. Then during the sickness i started having really bad pains all across bump and i was sat in there crying and being sick until OH come and got me. Then i was sat in bed crying cause the pain was so bad. It felt like something was stabbing me in the tummy and also i was having small BH's. He kept telling me to call MW but i didn't want to be a pain. So i layed down and the pains subsided and i fell asleep, then woke up needing toilet again and had diarrea and more stomach pains. Then i was fine...
Baby kicked a few times so i know she's fine, but still i dont know what happened lol.

OH has made me promise if it happens again to call MW and to call him.

Need to call MW today to book my 36wk appointment, and also the council to saythe bin men haven't taken our bins again! :mad:

Barking - nice bump! I haven't quite been brave enough to post one yet... must get round to it.

Gymfiend - I sympathise with you about the notes, I've nearly lost mine several times. Last time I had a 'tidy up' of the living room, it took me nearly 4 hours to find them again!

Re. the sex thing, this pregnancy has felt quite different from the last. Last time I got really vivid dreams, including one where I had my daughter and I saw her very clearly (which was wierd) and then she was about 3 in the same dream. One of the strangest bits is that in my dream she was blonde, and I actually commented to my husband at the time, that although he's blonde, I would have thought that our child would have dark hair because I have. We didn't know the sex until she was born.
Interestingly, at 4 she is still blonde!
I think as a result of the dream, I suspected it would be a girl, but this time I really wasn't sure until we had the scan, but my husband seemed to feel it would be a boy this time. Since we've found out, quite a few people have commented that they thought it was a boy, 'because I'm carrying him differently and haven't put on so much weight'. And here I was thinking the weight thing was because I'm trying to be healthy!!!!!

EA - That sounds horrible, I'm pleased you're feeling better but you might want to mention it to the MW when you ring anyway, just to be on the safe side.
