• While exercising is good, it promotes the production of lactic acid in the milk and hence makes the milk a little sour. Exercise after you nurse and not before helps to prevent this.

Congrats!! And a lovely name to
Kindof - I love KFC gravy to, and once i got really stroppy when the guy gave me beans instead of gravy lol. Pregnancy hormonesBut i have the fully loaded meal but always throw away the chicken as i hate chicken on the bone lol. I did crave chicken twisters at one point in this pregnancy though

I wish i had half of her energy ;-)Went to the arcade and won loads of tickets, but the prizes are rubbish so we're saving them for a better prize :rotfl:
Agutka - The day before my GTT i had this massive craving for chocolate, so i spent like £16 on chocolate cake and chocolate lol. But then couldn't eat any as it made me feel sick, and the results still came back negative lol. Oh and i really liked it, but thats cause it was orange flavour lol
Oooh how exciting SJ, labour vibes to you!!!
And labour vibes to nikkit to
Well, reason i haven't been on much is the other day i was lurking but i was getting really bad headaches so i logged off and basically had a sofa&duvet day with OH, then we went out y'day after changing up the money we had in our money box. We had £30 but the machine took £2.45 as a fee, so £27 to go and have fun withthen we watched films last night.
I have found my ipod! Im really happyWell OH found it, he is nesting i think as i woke up y'day to the whole living room been moved around (again) this is the thrid time since we moved in in september! :rotfl:
He's done it so we have more space for the baby in the middle of the room lol
Had our ante natal classe on Thursday, we were late as i thought it started at 6:30pm not 6pm. :rotfl:Didn't really learn anything new as its already stuff i've read or learnt on here, she made us put a peg on our ear to try and breath through the pain, but it didn't hurt in the first place as i've had many piercings and it felt similar to that lol.
Next week's one covers breathing exercises, etc
I have this leaflet thing i got from ante natal and it has 8 signs your body is preparing to go into labour, and i have 2 of the 8 signs already!
Also, im 36 weeks today! :eek::D0 -
Also, blimmin mothercare card keep calling me, but its an automated service asking for my DOB and last3 digits of my home telephone number to confirm who i am, but i dont have a home telephone number on the account and it says my mobile number is incorrect
Its refusing to speak to me until i give them the correct one, even though i am lol. Stupid automated lady! :rotfl:0 -
Just figured out I'm 6 months pregnant today:smileyheaMummy to my lil' man born '05:smileyhea:j Baby boy due May 2010 :j0

Oh nikkit those damn automated no's annoy the h3ll otta me too so I ignore them and wait for them to write or an actual human to call lol!
EA - good to see you again, glad you had some fun yesterdaywhen OH cleared out the car yesterday he found 14 Hayling Island ride tokens hehe, gonna take baby girl there when she is big enough. Oh and dont think the peg would bother me either, where on your ear did you clip it? and what are the 8 signs of labour?
SS - Lurve stew and dumplings lucky you
SJ - ewww for pads, the things we do!
kindof - thanks for that will remeber to excercise afterwhen I get back to it that is am asking for wii fit plus for my birthday
. Not given what I will wear too much thought, am not really that bothered and all the wb's have seen on tv there usually naked so may do that or just keep on my bra or vest top as I usually always have one on.
OH has just come downstairs from shower, he is wearing a pair of boxers that say Who's the Daddy? LOL oh and he is ironing his T that says the same thing! Off to Pets at home in a mo, gonna buy a mahoosive bag of dog food so we dont run out when am due, and its on offer tooBaby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2
