I've not introduced myself yet but Irn Bru is one of the few things that's helping to settle my stomach too!

Anyway, while I'm here, I suppose I might as well introduce myself (I've been putting it off for a while now!) I'm just going on 9 weeks though I've been lurking around here since I was about 6.5. This is my first pregnancy (unplanned :eek:) and OH and I are finally getting over the shock! Now I'm just looking forward to it all being official and having my first appointment (though where I live, it doesn't happen until 12-14 weeks so a while off yet!) Ends up feeling a bit as though I've imagined it all - it it wasn't for the symptoms!

Unfortunately, I've been suffering from horrible nausea (though thankfully not a whole lot of the sickness part) and headaches - hopefully I'll only have another three weeks or so until I feel human again! That said, every time it eases off, I start worrying!

Congratulations LCK!:beer: We were due on same day and ended up having our babies same day too! (I had Ethan 9.20pm)

Yeah I have been really good with RLT..started on it at 32 weeks and I don't think I missed one!!! I'm still keeping it up now as I do believe its helping.

C'mon Gisi's baby..were on quite a roll with births at the mo aren't we!! :j

I miss my bump :eek: NEVER thought I'd say that as I whinged like crazy about how massive and uncomfy I felt!! I keep looking at Ethan and can't believe he was inside me this time lat week!

Hi Esio! Glad to hear it's not just me with the Irn-Bru! I'm 12.5 weeks just now and the sickness and nausea are still around, but like you every time I have a good day I panic - can't win eh! I have a scan on wednsday at 13 weeks (4th for me lol, not quite as planned on that front) but quite looking forward to seeing beannie again!

Congrats to the new mummies and labour vibes to gisi!

Just something else that I wanted to say too..baby clothes sizes..they really are wierd. Ethan weighs 8lb 15.5 and all his 0-3 months clothes drown him, quite a few newborn things are big on him too..he's wearing a few tiny baby outfits untill he fits into them!!! And I wouldn't say nearly 9lb is tiny? ! lol. It's funny though cos to me he does look so small and tiny!

Helen- I almost asked you about how Ethan was fitting in newborn clothes as I was worried about getting no use out of a drawer of stuff. Sounds like I shouldn't worry too much- can't believe he is in tiny baby! So cute.

ooo helen, can ask what dosages of RLT you did? Like how long you did 1 cup, 2 cups, etc...I was planning on increasing to 2 cups/day at 34 wks (am 33 today) but thinking maybe to do sooner would be better?
