Wow Cafc where on earth is that house??! Our 2 bed terrace was £34000 9 years ago LOL, we're 'up north' too not sure if we're anywhere near you though? We so need a 3 bed now number 3 is on its way!

EA- I thought of you today as we went to Pompey! In case you go to Gunwharf soon, they have super cute baby hoodies in Gap for a fiver. I bought three- two for Henry and one for my nephew but they also had really gorgeous girly ones. They also have 30 or 40% off loads of other baby clothes...I ended up spending £40 in there but the stuff is gorgeous. A word of warning though, baby GAP sizes come up quite small.

Kindof sounds like the bank was pants - can you not just move your credit cards to a few different companies? Might even be worth ringing them and saying you were looking to move because of the high APRs, could they be dropped/reduced to 0% over a certain term, they might prefer to do that than lose your custom?

Ok, just back from my mums where we had a lovely tea, and run the bath so gonna get in then watch a film with OH. OH has sent me online quickly to get a bag list so he can pack it, as he's worried I won't ever do it Got lots of requests for our Freecycle stuff which is ace, hope it's all gone tomorrow morning - had some seriously rude requests though, never ceases to amaze me! One I particularly liked 'bed frame. will collect tomorrow.' Erm...yes, sure?!

i hope MV wont mind me posting but ive been in the 12 week pregnancy thread, and it wasnt good news...

She might not have felt ready to come over and post here...... but I know a lot of us can relate to what she's going through right now, so I know we'll all be thinking of her

I know what you all mean about that house.
I'm hoping I might be able to talk my parents into getting a mortgage on it...... they own their house outright now, and from what we worked out online, repayments would be something like 250 a month!

But bro-in-law reckons its a repo house, so he said we should go and have a look at it, and then put in some really cheeky offer of like 25k..... LOL......

And ooohhhh for everyone know where I live LOL
Honestly I cant get over prices up here, being from Kent, garages down there sell for more than this 3 bed house is!

My bump is killing me, and its rock hard....
Ate loads for dinner, had dominoes, and ate a 9.5" pizza, portion of wedges and chicken strippers.....stuffed.....!!
