Thanks, she's really good, lovely and cute
- although a little colicky so evenings are tiresome. She's 10lb 4oz now (6w old on Monday) and has grown out of all her newborn stuff, so is now in 0-3m clothes. So word of warning don't buy too much newborn stuff!
32b doesn't do facebook either i don't think, wonder what she's called him!
edit - just shamelessly wanted to post a pic, although i've posted it on the other thread a week or so ago0 -
Thanks to everyone for the well wishes for Step Sis, no news atm
but then I suppose no news is good news as they say.
Twink - even 128k is cheap for here, last time I looked our house was worth circa 180K and its a tiny 1 bed starter home no garden or garage and only 4 rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom!)
Kindof - like you I love baths, but now Ive gotten bigger, like Twink the logistics are just too much hard work! So end up standing under the hot shower for ages hehe.
Gisi - you make me really want to go to one of the outlets now, I love a bargain. Never been to the one in Pompey but the one in Swindon is pretty good
Gym - I hate those types on Freecycle, they just seem to miss the concept totally. What film did you go for? Just finished Terminator Salvation
Beenie - thats such a cute pic she looks so contentI have lots of NB clothes, no idea where they all came from, think most are hand me downs lol
MV - I know you may not get on here to see this but wanted to let you know am thinking of you hun x
Think bubs has shifted, her movements are alot more subdued and in a completely different place! BIL called OH earlier, SIL has to work tomorrow so no pedicure tomorrowShe'll still do it but now dont know when. On a brighter note my close friend is into am dram musicals and is perfoming next weekend but I wasnt going as with OH birthday and other stuff not really got the money, anyhoo she has asked if she can buy my ticket as a treat cos she really wants me to go. She's really a fab lil singer and has lots of parts, its a medley type show of lots of dif musicals, but she is really nervous.

Som thanks for the photobox code, just done one of the "love" collages with pics of me and DH from wedding, honeymoon and a couple of other nice ones I could find quickly on the lappy before the midnight deadline!! Also hope step sis is ok. Like you say for things like this, no news is definitely good news.
Gymfriend yeah pool is ok I guess, think ther must be a slow puncture on the top ring but won't really be too much of a problem to top it up when we start to fill it and again later if needed.
Had 2 friends over tonight from work and that was really nice to see them. One of them brought a cow print snow suit from next which is sooooo cute, and the other brought a canvas and an ink pad so we can make a print of baby's foot and hand prints! So thoughtful. Was really nice to see them and the gifts were just lovely.
CAFC Wow @ £38k house!!!
Beenie Amber looks so cute and peacefu!0 -
BEWARE LONG RAMBLING POST CAN'T SLEEP:mad:I know what you all mean about that house.
I'm hoping I might be able to talk my parents into getting a mortgage on it...... they own their house outright now, and from what we worked out online, repayments would be something like 250 a month!
But bro-in-law reckons its a repo house, so he said we should go and have a look at it, and then put in some really cheeky offer of like 25k..... LOL......
If it's a repo time is key putting an offer in as the bank/building society want then sold ASAP ,I really don't want to rain on your plans but we have bought 2 repo's and it was a total nightmare esp if a third party is also interested ,the last one we bought we ended up paying 10k over the asking price  after a bidding war, it was still a lot cheaper though than market value sure there is a thread somwhere about buying repo's as it's not as straight forward as buying a normal house ,good luck xx
Somnium hope SS is ok
Twinkles08 know what you mean about getting in bath I also have spd and it really does help getting a soak DP say's I am gonna be quacking soon spend that much time in there ours is quite wide so my expanding belly if fine yet it's just I struggle to get me leg over side
Beenie oww so cute
Well my week just got better ,
after my poor little pooch died Monday I feel so guilty ,he had been ill off and on for a few years ,so when he took ill Sunday morning I just thought he will be ok by Monday or i will take him vets then ,he seemed to have a cough I thought he had been in the bin and got a chicken or rib bone out (had takeaway Sat night ) and it had scratched his throat , but through the night Sun he got worse and DS was poorly too so was spending my time running upstairs to DS and too kitchen to dog ,took dog vets 8 am and they put him on oxygen told me to go home and they would ring in an hour with blod results ,I still wasn't over concerened this dog has had more close shaves than any animal I know ,come home took DS to school (DP still got leg in plaster so can't walk far ),got phone call from vets to say he is v poorly and going into heart n kidney failure ,was gutted but knew I couldn't be with him when they put him asleep I was in bit's so rang my Dad to come and drive DP to vets ,but before they even left they rang back to say he had passed away ,just feel so bad I never said goodbye and he was on his own
Wednesday took Dp to hosp to get plaster off and they wouldn't even look at it  another 2 weeks before they will do anything
Thur Was putting bin out before taking DS to school and noticed garage door was slightly open and DP's car had moved down the drive slightly ,some B@@stard's had broke into garage and stolen his motorbike it was chained padlocked you name it ,they had cut through it with bolt cutters
sorry for the ramble just needed to get it off my chest xx0 -

Som- I love Swindon too. Haven't been there for ages but must go when Henry is a bit bigger. Gunwharf is good too and there are lovely restaurants. It's a good day out.
Also, when I was v pregnant I would get out of the bath by hauling myslef over onto my front then onto my knees. Much easier!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
