DP have you tried 4head for the headaches?
Pru - Hope your headache clears up soon... have you tried to drink plenty of water, dehydration is most common cause of headache....
Thanks Gymfiend, I forgot about 4head although i did mean to get some, am on it ASAP!!! Thank youglad you are feeling better too.
Don't think it's dehydration related as drinking loads doesn't seem to make a difference.
thanks x0 -
Ahh Kindof I'm so pleased everything is ok
Good work Elliot
I must go totally against the grain as I'm really confident about labour at the moment?! Had a real blip after watching the Amanda Holden programme but have come to terms with the fact it's not elegant and is painful now, but think it'll be ok because in my head I know the pain is temporary and it serves the purpose of getting my baby out iykwim? Though the reality may be different :rotfl:
Thanks
Well I was feeling really confident, I have watched loads of births and thought that I will see how I go, hoping I can do it as naturally as piossible but if not then epidural isnt out for me, OH agrees after watching the births on tv that I should have whatever pain relief that I want?
BUT when Elliot was the wrong way and everything was all ARGH I got the idea of CS in my head lol
So now I need to get back to thinking confident about natural birth again lol
CAFC Ahhhh I see, well thats crap lol the cake was nicer when the colours were in it lol
OH has a friend over, they are so sad bless them lol, they like thes eexpensive remote control cars (like £300 a car) and you have to build them from scratch and paint them yourselves, which is kinda cool
And last weekend OH went to meet 7 other people and they all had a get together driving their cars on a coursegrown men can you believe it lol
Anyeway OH has had bother doing something with the remote control for his new car, so this random guy is here (lol well he is random to me) helping him wire it up

Well I have had a right lazy day! Never got dressed, sat on the sofa and ate cocktail sausages, crisps, a mini crunchie and a very nommy chocolate orange cookie
Watched Superman IV with DH, it was funny watching the old "special" effects!
Som glad your order arrived and you can get to aquanatal.
Gonna get a shower or a bath in a bit and put clean pj's on.
Been talking to baby too, telling him it's about time he made an appearance but I don't think he's listening!!0 -
Was wondering if anyone on here is planning to bottle feed right from the start? I'm planning to take the sma bottles that are ready to use to hospital when my time comes but I was wondering how you go about starting to feed when you bottle feed in hospital? Because if you breast feed they encourage you to do that straight away don't they, so would you do the same with bottle feeding or would you just wait a while before offering a feed? confused!0

welcome Drea and congratulations! We're a friendly bunch.... and I personally spend most of my time talking about food or how crap I feel LOL
And on that note everyone, I've had my dinner, and cheekily made a couple of "extras" on my plate i.e double the cheese, 4 more onions, 4 more fish fingers than yesterday.... and it was just as nice, now ive got a cup of tea to calm my nerves because..........
My sister pointed out whilst i was eating that since my convo with her about my ocd tendencies and telling m/w, she's been watching me! LOL not in a creepy way (hopefully) but she remembers me doing stuff when we were younger, and was trying to remember when I started being a little freak....
And she's pointed out that when it involves food I do lot of little thing in multiples of 2..... nothing on my plate is ever a odd number....and when I set the timer on the oven, i wait for the clock to switch to an even number..... and that when I cut up things like chicken or fish fingers LOL I chop them into even number of pieces, and when i use sauces I always do evens in that as well, i.e 4 shakes of vinegar, or 2 twists of salt.....
And in light of all these little quirks she's discovered she thinks i really need to explain in detail to midwife, in case something freaks me out during labour..... not that Ive ever been known to freak out about any of it mind, I think shes worried about meWealth is not measured by currency0 -
