Som I'm bored too. There's plenty of washing up to do but I just don't fancy it!!

DH has his friend over and they have football on so I can't even snuggle up with DH on the sofa!!

Just had a nice tea though - thai green curry nom nom nom. Put plenty of veg in it too, and finished off with some tinned peaches and pineapple.

Wondering what to do tomorrow as don't have any plans and DH is out in the afternoon. I really ought to just stay in and chill out but don't really want to!

On the subject of exercise... I've read having exercised in pregnancy can help make labour easier, and help your stress levels. I used to run and go to the gym before we moved, but have been out of it for about 3 months and now i cant really find much on any good exercise to do. Any suggestions?????
Oh and no I cant swim :)

I used to run too! I did the Leeds 10K in October - at 6 1/2 weeks lol. I recently got Davina's Pre and Post Natal workout dvd. It's quite good, not too energetic, but gets your muscles stretching and ready for labour. I do feel better when I've done it, actually I need to make more effort and do it more often! I got it off ebay for about £7 :) x
    :heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:
  • I was trying to get into running when I got pg, then I freaked out and stopped!! I did the Race For Life in Bradford in May last year. Planning on doing the Leeds one this year with pram, walking though, not running.
  • Ooh CAFCGirl, I forgot to say!

I'm about to start yogacise classes which are just for pregnant ladies. Sound really good and supposed to build up your stamina and breathing/thinking techniques for birth and beyond.
