Hello ladies,

Ive been lurking a bit today but tried not to post so that Id get some bits done at home! Ive managed to make 14 portions of spag bol, 14 chickpea curry and prep some veg for a turkey casserole and chilli to cook tomorrow. The house still looks like a bomb site but at least we'll eat

Beenie your OH's a bar steward, I wish I lived nearer to come and give you a hand :grouphug: As the others have said, make sure you chase hime for every penny and dont let him try to weedle his way back into your affections in the hope that you wont pursue him through the right channels.

Kindof that nappy cake sounds fab :T

I'll try to find a piccie of the one and only nappy cake Ive made. It was for my friends little boy who was 11 weeks prem, he's now 10 months old and doing fantastic :j

So far today my mums rang asking (AGAIN!) 'any twinges, have you dropped, have you had a show?' OH's mums rang to ask ' how are you feeling' then got round to actually just coming out with 'any twinges yet?' and my brothers rang to tell me Im not allowed to give birth for a week as him and his girlfriend are still getting over flu and want to be clear of it when I have the baby so they can come straight round?! :mad: I know Id like her to come anytime now but Im not technically due for a week anyway and as its my first I may well go overdue. Do they all really think I'll go into labour, give birth, sneak home and not tell any of them? Actually thats quite tempting!

Sorry for the long rambly post, had a carp nights sleep and getting seriously fed up with relatives already

Have been debating whether to do some shortbread and scones this pm, but haven't got round to getting up off the sofa yet! Watching pirates of the carribean

Wow! I intend to batch cook loads of spag bol I love it!!

Also i've looked up How to do a belly cast and I am fully prepared to do one J
Im going to do one each month to see how I change hehe.

Also I intend to say that to anyone who asks if I’ve had the baby when im near 39wks. “yes I did, I just didn’t want to tell you…”

Hehe, oh boogelly i know it wasn't your intention but your post gave me a giggle Well my first was 4 days early Can happen, lol! I actually like the idea of sneaking home quietly after! I know that'd be mean but i'd really feel like it, lol!

Still no word from PP. They may have kept her in for whatever reason - hopefully bubs is still baking nicely though even if she in hosp for the long run!

I have weirdly come over all daunted about xmas - i don't think i am looking forward to it anymore. I haven't bought any pressies, well apart from some books and a barbie hair styling thingy for DD and a MJ dvd for OH. All our money is being saved for the touristy things we'll have to do with SIL (really hating the fact that i agreed to look after her for all that time now - i know that sounds mean but brother doesn't have tight budget like we do) I am really getting worried now - i have been so blase about it until it dawned on me how far behind i am! Everytime i attempt to do some xmas shopping another bill/payment pops out of the woodwork and takes the money! And another anoying thing is we'll have to turn the heating up quite a bit with baby nephew here, that'll cost at least double OH SH*T!!!!

Im so dopey at the minute! Yesterday I saw a gorgeous wicker crib on ebay not too far from home and only at £10 (their normally £399 in John Lewis!) I put it in my watching thinking it ended today and it ended yday I really wanted it and it ended with no bids. Ive emailed the seller to see would they consider a buy it now, I dont even mind paying a bit more for it just annoyed with myself for getting confuddled!

I did the same thing a few weeks ago with a rainforest jumperoo at 99p too. Im so dim at times!

I am fuming (and was crying to) :mad::mad::mad::mad:
My team manager said to me y’day that he needed to have a 1-2-1 with me, (that’s were we listen into to calls and discuss feedback etc) and then today he took me to this room for this “1-2-1” and I got a bit suspicious as there were no pc’s, it was essentially a room to have a disciplinary, and also the higher manager was coming in aswell. Which is not normal.

So I asked why I was there and my team manager told me that I was having a documented chat cause of my referral rate (its low cause we have loads of wrong dept calls, but its alot better then most peoples here, it was 52%, a guy sat near me was 27%!) then the higher manager came in and my TM said “I had to tell her what it was for as she asked” Implying that I wasn’t going to get any warning of what was about to happen at all.

So now im very angry, I cried on OH’s shoulder for ages as I cried I was so angry.

I don’t even think there allowed to do a documented chat without a warning, or at least letting me know what I was being taken into a room for!!! Grrrr.
