Hiya Ladies
Thought i would check in and see how you are all doing.
The triedness and sickness has kicked in now for me was a bit of a struggle with bubs for a couple of days as he decided he wasnt going to sleep at night but we survived and are back on track again. I have my appointment with the midwife on the 22nd Jan then should get my scan date cant wait to see babs for the first time and im already saving for a 4D scan loved it when we had one for joey. I'm sticking to my guns again this time with regards to a home birth after they allowed it last time but things not going to plan i really want to do it this time.
I have a bumbo for Joey he likes it in short bursts but gets frustrated as he cant move about in it he likes to kick lots it is usefull though for when im cooking or putting some washing on and he is quite happy for a few minutes whilst i get things done.
Hope you are all well. Labour vibes to those that want them sticky vibes to those that need them :-)
Just a quick note Tesco are doing 3 for 2 on all vitamins and supplements so you may be able to save a few pounds :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Kindof- Tara posted a link to this site last week on the Parenting Thread http://metrosaver.co.uk/product_info.php?k=bumbo&c=02 . No idea if the site's any good, but the bumbo prices are amazing!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

also re: the washable nappies discussion earlier - I'm using terries with Finn (disposables at night only b/c DH hasn't gotten the hang of terries) but also have some Motherease One-Size winding their way towards me in the post that we will use. Also using washable liners & washable wipes
I don't have any MEOS, but I have a Popolini One Size which is v similar which I look forward to trying.
How easy are you finding terries?

Hiya SuperSaver I see were due on the same day May 30th??
I dont have my scan til a week on Wednesday, were not finding out what bubs is though:D
I caught sight of my stomach in the mirror the other night and I nearly passed out, I shouted down to OH and said my tummys doubled in size in 48hrs!!! He couldnt get upstairs quick enough, he went ''Oh my god yeah its massive!!'' I siad it could be cos Ive just had my tea and felt a bit bloated or that I maybe needed the loo, but he didnt agree with any of that and kept going on how big my tummy was!!! I told him I was trying to find another reason why its grown in such a short space of time, he then realised what he had been saying and me trying to dismiss it and just said ''Oh sorry but it is big but thats good cos it means bubs is growing ok''
Ive had this pain/ache right under my boobs sometimes going across the middle from 1 side to another and it feels a bif like indigestionOpinions are like ar*eholes - everybody has one!!!!0 -
So went to see my DR this am as seem to have got thrush!!!! Joy!
I explained to her my worries & concerns about not feeling PG she was really nice and has said to see the MW tomorrow instead of Fri ( they only do Tuesday & Fridays) and explain to her & they may be able to scan me earlier but did explain that early scans were kept for bleeding etc....
Don't know if it has made me feel any better but i expect they would do blood tests etc tomorrow as my fist MW appointment???? would they confirm I was PG???If you can think it........it will happen0
