I was v peed off with one of my staff yesterday - I've not seen her for nearly 4 weeks so my bump has obviously grown in that time but I really don't think it's big for 24 weeks (will try and post pic in a bit) She kept going on about how big I was and how she can call me fatty soon and then she said that my bum is bigger too!!!! I was sooooo mad - she wouldn't dream of saying to anyone else! She's a lovely lady as well and prob one of my favourites of all my staff but it's bang out of order! She's off for a week now but if she does it again when she comes back then I'm def gonna say something. I had to walk away coz I was nearly crying!

Hi, I sympathise entirely. Last time I was pregnant, everyone seemed to relish telling me how huge I was, this time everyone thinks it's fine to comment 'oh, you're not very big are you?', at least that was until I came back to work after Christmas, and now they're saying 'Oh, haven't you got bigger.' Grr, I really hate how everyone feels like, because I'm pregnant, they can make really personal comments.

Right im going to grill some of you since google didn't give me the answers i need :D

I got this from Aless :)
    EPO
    Weeks 34ish-36, 1/day
    Weeks 36-38, 2/day plus insert 1/night roughly 3x a week?
    Weeks 38+, 3/day plus insert 1/night

So between wks 36-38 do i take 2 a day and then at night stick 1 into my foof? And do i do this every night or just 3X a week?

Also are these ok to use?
    http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=123&prodid=676

    Then the calcium -
    Calcium
    Weeks 38+, 2/day
plus as above for onset of labour
Glam: Calcium in weeks before labour 1,000mg a day see below with new RDA
Calcium at onset of labour 2,000 mg)

All i can find is this..
    http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=161&prodid=433

Which are 600mg, so to make it upto 1,000mg i would need to take 2. But that would bring me to 1,200mg, does that matter?
Or does anyone know where i can get 1,000mg ones?

Thank Youuuuuu to whoever answers

Kindof - thanks for the list, I'm struglling to remember what I took last time.
I keep having OMG!! moments - like just now when I realised that there are now more names after me on the list than before me, and that there's only 13 weeks until my C-section (13th [STRIKE]July[/STRIKE] Oops, I mean April, thanks EA!). Thinking like that has just reminded me that I'm having a boy and I've no idea how to change a boy's nappy - is it very different to a girl? Sorry, I'm clueless :o

Eeekk! See what I mean, my brain is mush - 13th April is definitely D Day, and that's a really good point about the nooks and crannies!

EPO, 34-36 weeks 1 500mg orally per day.
36 weeks + 2 500mg orally per day + 1 vaginally or used for perineum massage. Peirce it prior to insertion, making sure you've been for a wee and are wearing old pants because it will run back out as soon as you stand up.

Be careful though, EPO gave me a touch of diarrhoea so I only took 1 orally... most days. Course I went and had a section anyway so don't know how much good it did.
