(didn't get raincover with other one but got carry cot instead) After seeing carrycot on mine I don't think I'll use it much, was a bit of a faff! Will prob stick with carseat as it won't be cold when he's born.

You get a play tray on both of these as well which wasn't on the purple sport version.

hi everyone, just popping my head in again, time seems to be going backwards waiting to get to the end of these 12 weeks!!!!

am hoping there's not too many people with toothache round my way as i have to work tonight and was hoping it was gonna be nice and quiet for a change....

I posted a few days ago to say i had done two home tests and they were both bfp. Have had app at drs today and it was confirmed - approx 5 weeks gone. Dr said as we had to use clomid to help us this will be treated as a special preg and we will get more care and attention than a 'normal' one. Was told to get an urgent midwife app and to see him two weeks after that. As soon as i got to the desk was told she had just had a cancellation and to go on through. All forms filled out, veins drained of blood and a pile of literature for OH to read.

Managed to get two pairs of maternity trousers yest for £9 from a Mamas and Papas clearance shop at East mids Designer outlet and saved a whopping £66. Have decided it will be worth while going back to look for 'baby' things later on as the savings were huge. Can honestly reccomend this place if any one is local.

Hi all!
Better late than never......

Evie Mae was born at 5:27am on 26th weighing 7lb 13oz.

Brief story cos might be a while for full one!
Waters broke about 3:20pm Christmas Day. In midwifery unit from about 5pm. First stage ok - just had a fair amount of gas & air, but then 2nd stage went on forever & her head still wasn't forward enough after 2/3 hrs of pushing (cos she was upside down) so they had to transfer me to the hospital. She was showing no signs of distress but its only a matter of time after that long.
Anyway....eventually born 5:27am Boxing Day with assisted delivery (suction cap) and a 4 n a half hour 2nd stage but still just gas & air :T:T:T

She's absolutely gorgeous & perfect & seems to be doing ok. We stayed in overnight on Boxing Day as her temp was low when 1st born & had heat blanket for few hrs & came home Sunday lunch time.

Still settling in & gettin used to being a mum so havent ventured out yet! Both sets of parents came yesterday tho

Bit sore sittin down but doing ok with the stitches. That whole side of things with afterpains & b/f has been much less painful than i expected.

Aless - i know what u mean about bein weird not being pg. i also strangely wanna do the labour again cos i was so exhausted by the end i wasnt completely with it and i want to experience it again but with clearer state of mind.

congrats ,

so getting nearer now 23rd on list i remember being at the bottom its seems not so long ago still, i know its still 7 weeks or so , but i also think my dd was induced at 5 weeks early so could happen a lot earlier as this little man is showing same signs as dd, getting lots of Bh , lasting a few hours every 15 or so mins , very uncomfortable and takes my breath away ,

went shopping today and spent loads even thoug we didnt need too , spent 3150 on food shopping tesco and iceland trip , just hope it lasts a cpl weeks,
we go on our luxury 2 night break next wednesday , so looking forward to that
