!!!!!!! Did you make a complaint?? I would of. Some people are just naturally small!

I can never do outbound, i used to work on MBNA, which was inbound, people calling to apply for credit cards. Then we did this thing when it was busy that we would call them back to apply. And i offered to do it and i hated it. I used to let it ring once then hang up and tick "no answer" lol!

Our jobs are on the line here we think, we're getting less and less calls and if it doesn't pick up over xmas they are going to shut this dept. But i dont mind as i dont work for sky i work for a company called TLC and SKY are one of there clients, and i do the sky campaign. So they'll move us to another campaign within the building :D
Well not me, i'll be on ML, but OH works with me here to :)

Thankyou for the advice, I wasn't sure cos I haven't really had any advice or contact from the midwife since I was 5 wks and he passed me onto the consultant. I will get on the phone tomorrow to my doctors and book a midwife appointment. What sort of things do they do at the appointment?

  • Oh it's not nice knowing the job may go - we had an inkling but at the same time we thought it'd never happen. Our was immediate which was horrible  I hope they keep your dept - just so you have a choice after ML (i lost mat pay because of the redundancy too, some stupid clause in our changeover contracts also meant nobody got redundancy pay apart from management - Aviva are a horrible company, i don't advise anyone to work for them.) Also for your OH's sake, must'nt lose that job too - unless gaurunteed a good payout of course ;) And unless you want out of that dept of course!

I don't know who to complain to...that's the prob, i'll prob get told it was just in your best interest. I feel sorry for OH this eve though, he knows how much it bothers me and i'll prob have a whinge and end up in tears - i really hate it and worse by the fact i'm all hormonal :o:(

Jolene - Hi, thank you, C-section is not that bad, but seeing as you hav had a lot of surgery i'm sure you are fairly used to being in and out of hosp. I need one due to my size, i couldn't deliver my daughter naturally so i doubt i'll be able to this time.

According to the list in my notes, yes you should be seeing a midwife too. I'd phone your local midwife and check. I know it's done different everywhere but March is a very long way to go!

Congrats on conceivig after so long :T- we moved and i got pregnant straight away too. I think it's the less stressful lifestyle. But we had only been trying for 6-7 months.

Oh - i didn't realise after the first, you only get seen every 6 weeks. I miss the 3 week check ups :o

LOL how weird...I would've conceived a few days after we moved to our new flat as well! :D Though sheer coincidence, I'm sure.

Blood tests , urine tests , growth of baby , see if you rhesus negative blood group , if you do , then they will book you in for anti d injection ( i have to have it), you get all your free goodies , matb1 forms hipg forms etc
I know this as i am consultant led , but still see my midwife in between to make sure everything is progressing nicely ,

scnas at 12 and 20 week , but thats not with MW thats just at hospital

Our company wont make people redundant lol! They dont want to pay out, so they stick you on another campaign. Is how we got to the one we're on now, our old one closed lol. But to be fair we were doing 10 hour shifts and no calls were coming through at all lol. At least we're still getting calls :D

Im home now, just enjoyed a flake bar and about to have some nuts and raisons mix. I cant have them when OH is here as he's allergic, and they are my favourite lol.

I feel really bad now, the cat kept climbing on my laptop and pushing me it away from me so i put him down and he still kept doing it, so i chucked him on the sofa, and he looked at me with the most upset expression ever and now he's walked off :(
I want to find him to say sorry lol x
