    One last thing (promise:rotfl:)

When i told her i've had 3 different mw's tell me the baby is a 'good size' and will be bigger than my DS, she piped up that she had a bigger bump with her DS..??

She had him at 30 weeks, i'm nearly 39 weeks, and tbh i don't agree, but what's she getting at?? I don't see it as a good thing if i look 6 months gone at term.:confused:
Everyone else says i'm quite big, or at least about right for 8-9 months....:mad:

LOL thats what i get all the time because i'm small but to be honest i don't care what size i am the only important thing is that baby is healthy. I was wearing size 10 when i had DD she was only 4lb 13, With DS i was just having to unbutton 12's and he was 8lb13, this time i'm maybe a 16 and they say he is a good size too so who knows what size he'll be. just freaked myself out.lol

Just cheeked i'm a 14, when i was measured at 28weeks i was only measuring 23cm but i have got allot bigger than that since...GULP it only been 2 weeks i'm gonna be like an up turned turtle if this keeps up lol My balance is shot as it is.

Lol i can't wait to find out the size of this one, my DS was 6lb 6oz, so i'm gonna guess this one will be about 7lb 8oz... (not too big you see ;))

I'll try remember this prediction and quote it when i know :rotfl:

Morning all, just had a quick skim thru the last few pages.

Maria - am really sorry to hear of your loss hun, but will pray that your back with us before long, take care xx

EA - yeay for havin a working boiler :D

CAFCgirl - wow thats one useless system! Hope you get sorted when you move xx

Gymfiend - hope you get your ebay purchase sorted out, thats really naughty of the seller not to point out any marks or issues and sell it as new. Oh and now I want curly fries and cheese, neither of which I have to hand, typical. Tho it is a lil early hehe.

Aless - be sure that suits in good order, I suspect there is more to it than just being a snob about branding!

32b - yeay for finally being rid of the pain in the bum! Hope your antenatal class goes well xx

Beanie - big hugs hun, wish santa good bring you a new family for xmas, you deserve so much better and I dont think your out of order at all. Family can be a pain in the bum but you got more than your share, some people are just so self centered, my BIL and his family are a lil like that but I dont have to rely on them fortunatley and as OH visits them while I'm at aqua then I dont really see them, just as well cos they talk crap and are know it alls if you know what I mean!

Well had a stinking headache after aqua last night, thats 2 nights in a row now, hope the miagraines aren't making a come back! :( Feel ok now but had to get up early to iron work clothes as couldnt be bothered last night. Feelin a bit aprehensive about swine flu jab tomorrow, more cos am out for the whole day straight after (its at 9.20 am) and have lots to do so hope I dont feel rough after. Well this week nearly over, only another 2 at work before I drop to a 4 day week and am so looking forward to it :D

oh Beenie, I really feel for you. It's horrid that your sister dares to moan about your mum helping you, she should be glad that someone is and should be bloody well trying to help you herself. If it were me, I'd take back the things she sold you and say you don't need them anymore, please can you have your money back as you need it to buy other things for baby. Grr, it's making me angry just thinking anyones sister could do this to them, she really needs to grow up and realise life's not a competition but about supporting those you love in any way you can, god I'd give my right arm for my brother or sister (or my parents) & re: the size comment, just ignore her, she's obviously just silly!! OHs family love to tell me how small I am because I'm still in pre preg jeans, and to tell me how I'll need a c-section (this flucks me right off, scaremongering OH) and to tell me waterbirth is silly and fantasist, I just sit there and say 'yes', no point arguing because I'm not bothered what they have to say :D

Lol Som I'm half tempted to have some curly fries for breakfast, if I could just team them with a sniff of gloss paint I'd be in heaven :rotfl:Hope the headache doesn't reappear today, x

Ooh on the subject of people not knowing about babies til labour - I knew a girl who went in with appendicitus (sp?), came out with a little boy!! She's put weight on in her hips so looked wider, but no hint of a bump at all, and periods still normal, crazy!

Still feel pants this morning, eyes are streaming to match my nose, lovely. Didn't get to watch my Xmas films last night, by the time we'd eaten it was 9 so had a bath then went to bed whilst OH christmas shopped online, dying to know what he's bought, I'm so bad for ruining surprises! Might do tonight & put the tree up, though we're off out for dinner at 6 so depends when we get back...

Baby's moved into a weird position, feels like he's kicking me in the bum! Really not too comfortable, been trying to prod him to make him move but no joy!
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

still here and not over on the parenting thread! did start my due date in hospital tho - got admitted on Wednesday afternoon with raised bp and was kept in overnight while they sorted out drugs and monitored me but escaped, after a sweep, yesterday lunchtime. Sweep doesn't seem to have done much either although my cervix is soft so maybe I won't still be waiting until my induction booked for the 14th, fingers crossed. Now I am on bp meds, the slim hope I had of being able to use the new birthing centre at the hospital was knocked down by the doc yesterday so I really don't want all the monitoring and being attached to drip of an induction if I can help it in anyway. The little man has worked himself round and is nearly back to back too so am going to be lots of down on all 4's from now!

beenie - hugs for your family problems, some people are so up there own backsides, it never ceases to amaze me. And what a great role model your sister's kids have in their father, not! Your children will be so much stronger with you as a mother on your own than seeing that, I am sure.

three - 120 quid for a childs coat?!!!! what selfish swines. Infact, £120 for any coat, even my heavy duty alpine warmness ski gear didn't cost half that!

som - hope your headaches stop. I've never had migraines so can't offer anything other than a dodgy hug :grouphug:

gym - when my little man has hiccups now he's engaged I feel it in my bum, agree it's really wierd! hope you wriggle him round some other way!

always, i thought about you this morning wondering why you'd not been on yesterday, thought your little man was being very punctual :D I feel hiccups in my bum too :rotfl:

Well my alarm woke me up at 7:40am and i snoozed it, next thing i knew it was 8:35  We are usually on the road by then so we were late today :o DS was ok about it but i'm a bit concerned that he only had 1 weetabix for brekkie lol. Hope he doesn't get too hungry before lunch, they get fruit soon though.

    Morning ladies

Sorry to see you're still here always - in the nicest possible way lol :)

Gymfiend - your cold sounds awful, hope you get rid of it soon. Have lots of hot lemon juice and honey, it's supposed to be good for your sinuses as well as your throat.

Som - hope your swine flu jab went ok. I think you should be fine today, my arm didn't start aching till the evening but was REALLY bad the following day. It started off fine but got worse and worse as the day went on. It's impossible not to use your arm too much in retail lol Played havoc with my emotions as well but I didnt get any of the flu symptoms fortunately.

I'm on my day off today yaaaaaaaay. Going to see my friend and her two year old in a bit, then a bit of shopping, then got another friend coming round to keep me company tonight while DH is on his xmas do.
