OH ran me a lovely bath because i`ve been feeling all down and been so jumpy today, I was in there for an hour playing on my DS and when I got out he'd put all our xmas decs up to cheer me up. Tree, lights, hanging garlands the works. Such a sweety!!!!!
We going to snuggle up on the sofa with some hot choc and watch santa claus the movie to finish it off.

Its so positively retro..... esp when the kid looks in the window of McDonalds and theyve still got the old style polystyrene big mac box....

(ok so evidently I've seen that film a lot!)

But thats really sweet of him to have put everything up, I can imagine that really has cheered you up!

Ahhh fishcake thats so so sweet, cant wait to put up our xmas decs and since i found out we were due, i ve always wanted to stand in front of the tree with bumper. I am going to show my oh your post and hopefully make him feel bad :T:T . So hopefully later i will get a bath ran for me and left alone in peace in the bath from him, my niece or the cat's !!!!! and will come out to a sparkling flat (YEAH RIGHT)

Awwww! My DH ran me a bath but didn't put up decorations - I'm glad because the tree would prolly have wound up upside down :rotfl:. Planning on doing them tomorrow or Tuesday as it seems like everyone's getting them up now! lou - get your OH onto the bath, tell him all your friend's OHs are doing it!

Evening everyone!

OH is watching top gear so i came on here for the hour

We've been watching the mighty boosh all day, and had a roast at OH's parents earlier :j

His mum bought to much stuff for a roast dinner so gave it to us, so im doing on Tuesday :beer:
They also gave us the money to pay the deposit for the 4d scan, they are soooo nice

Everyone putting up decorations, we dont even have a tree! :eek:
Might get one in a few weeks!

Hi all hope everyone had a good day today, i've been exhasted all day but i think it is more because it hurts to walk and move lol i thought i was gonna pass out when i changed the bed sheets. Got the new base today for the bed so i can no longer fall into bed i have to climb lol

The dogs are having an iffy day today they have had OH out every hour they must have raided the bin or something, but it has been good for me OH just brought me in a wispa yum yum.

Aw I could have done with a soak in the bath but its a lil late now. Have been hunting for Humphreys corner stuff, well bookends to be precise. Seems there an old item tho and no longer available We already have a lovely photo frame and thought as I wanted bookends these would match lovely didnt even mind the £40 price tag as they were so ornamental.

32b - your poor dogs, I hate H has an upset tummy. Today has just been an endless cycle of wet dog, dry dog! Poor thing I hate when its this rainy and non stop.

EA - we have a tree but probably wont put it up for another week or two, space is tight at the best of times.

So don't wanna go to work tomorrow, would rather a duvet day!

Oooh so excited about getting the tree up! I've said I will do it on the 1st though when DD is in bed so she can wake up to it all set up, as she is a bit little to actually help yet and will probably spend the next month pulling all the decs off and putting them back on anyway

Want to get some of my wrapping done so I don't leave it all until the last minute as usual. I love wrapping presents, but hate to feel rushed

My morning sickness seems to be clearing up quite a bit (nearly 12 weeks now) It's gone from 24 hr sickness, to just morns and eves, and now it is actually sick in morn then feel fine all day then just a bit nauseous for an hour or so in eve! Although it has been much worse than with DD seems to be easing off much quicker. Phew!! Got my scan a week on Mon, getting so excited now!

[STRIKE]Good[/STRIKE] morning all,
Well you would think i had got a new mattress yesterday as well as the base, i always thought the mattress had been overpriced as it was ...........well crap basically but with the new base it has a new life OH asked if i had got a mattress too. Let that be a lesson for anyone blaming their mattress to check the base lol

Now the only thing i need for a good nights sleep is for OH to go into DS's room and stay their and not wake me at 3.30am changing beds:mad:

It looks like i may have a PG friend in real life one of my friends is due a scan to find out this week. She won't know for definite as she has some medical issues and the medication can cause false positives and unfortunately in the past she has had miscarriages but she is sure she is a few months gone, so fingers n toes are crossed for her.

Hope we all have good days today.
