If you can find a yoga class for pregnant ladies in your area I can highly highly recommend!

I have been doing since 20 weeks and it is fantastic, not just for fitness but learning positions and breaths that can help in labour and meeting other preg ladies. Also I never feel so relaxed as when I have been to my class. It is fab fab fab and I am actually going to be sad not to be able to go anymore!!!!

Oh another thing, there is a sky channel called Body in Balance which has fitness programmes and there is always a few for yoga and pilates in pregnancy. If you have sky tv it is worth checking out, I think it is one of the ones you get with freesat too.

Mermaid - I started Yoga for pregnancy 2 weeks ago and its fab, feel really chilled after the class and everyone is really friendly.I also do aquanatel wich is really energising HTH.

Kindof - I worked out I have 44 working days left, mainly cos Ive got a few hols between now and mat leave

Right gotta dash back to work now

Hi I posted last week (I think) about having bleeding in early pregnancy, just wanted to say I went for my follow up scan and Im having twins!!! I cant believe it I think Im still in major shock! Anyone else expecting twins or already have them just wondering what to expect in the pregnancy and how it differs from single baby.

YAY Som we are similar, mine is minus days off on AL as well

Hello Ladies
Hope everyone is well but way too many pages to catch up on, son congrats and vibes to those in need. Very sad but i ve missed coming on here but had a weekend of nesting which has finally kicked in and yesterday my oh was off work due to the weather. So wwe had a sofa day. So have there been any births ?? I am 37 weeks today, have another scan wednesday afternoon and a consultant appt thursday when i will find out about a c-s. Which i have come to terms with. xxx
