    Hi guys,

I've only posted a couple of times on this thread, but read everyday at lunchtime at work! Am almost starting to feel like stalker coz I know so much about you all, and you don't even know I'm here, so thought it was about time I joined in. :D

Just a quick question, for those of you in second/third trimester. I'm just 18 weeks pregnant with my first, and although I think I'm feeling squirmy feelings in my tummy, I'm not sure if it's the baby or if it's something else (gas? :o) . Can you guys remember when you first started feeling the baby properly, and what it felt like?

I know it's probably still quite early, but am so impatient!!

    Thanks,

    Gillby x

Hi Gillby! You can feel movement anytime from 16 wks according to my little book thing :D
I thought i felt movement at times around 18wks, but i think the first real thing i felt was a massive kick when i was 21/22 wks.

Mine felt like small muscle twitches, now they feel like big muscle twitches lol x

    Thanks Evansangel.

Twitches - that's exactly what it feels like. Sometimes i blame it on eating too much lunch, but other times i let myself think it's the baby!

Can't wait till i can be sure!

He now says he doesnt know if he will get to Ikea in time for 10!!! I am so annoyed I could cry, we have had this day planned for weeks and he is ruining it :(

Hugs kindof - its a nightmare when people mess up your schedule / plans isnt it.
I am having a better day today, although now i am sitting at my desk wanting to cry for no real reason at all!! can't do it, i work with the military!!!
Thats the hormones ramping up sweetie - have a little cry if it helps and lol at the "i work for the millitary" bit - i want to say "keep a stiff upper lip" lol. I get emotional over the silliest things - i was crying this mornign because i saw a santa on the tv and realised next christmas we will have a lo - well maybe even this christmas if it is early:D

Baby has finally decided to riot :j- that was a long wait (figured something was up at 7pm last night)

But the bliming specialist light and fitting for my torties pen (who is still poorley:rolleyes:) has broken and they are bliming difficult to get hold of quickly and expensive - tried trawling the net but 5-7 working day delivery is no use so please send some sunny day vibes so i can put him outside - i know its november but we can try:rotfl:Better go and eat some lunch before i get kicked anymore:D
