oh is still not home - battery has gone on car - my dad has gone to fetch him and announced that the mech put a rubbish one in and he had been waiting for it to go:mad: If i had known that i would have baught a new one - can just imagine me in the throws of labour and the car stopping. If you are not too tired three how much would you pay for a new battery?
awww jha, yesterday was a terrible day for cars!! I totally feel ya'Been having moderate type period pains for about 90mins now, last about 40 seconds and about 5 mins apart (been feeling uncomfortable all day but this is deffo different). Crikes, not sure if this is the real deal.........
oooo, good luck & easy labour vibes!! sending strong ones your way that this is it!! :TForgot to mention i feel like my life is now a really bad american sitcom, all doom and gloom. Full of dramatics.
*hugs* Three...I have no idea what you're talking about with the thermostat since my car knowledge extends to how to check the oil and that's about it! Is there a way to check? We discovered that it got hotter when idling at lights and actually cooled down when revving/accelerating which seemed totally backwards to us! Despite filling the coolant tank-thing yesterday arvo, it was compeltely empty this morning so something's deffo wrong - my theory is the water is all evaporating as engine clearly gets too hot if switched on for more than 30 min. I'll do some Googling but your advice is always welcomed!! I hope you feel better as it sounds like you're really having a rough time with your sis & the hospital
Mrs I - (sorry, I tried to quote everyone but multi quote failed me!) it's HARD getting comfy at night!! I broke down and bought a Dream Genii pillow somewhere in my 2nd trimester and haven't looked back since. It has been worth every penny to me, but I know others have found cheaper solutions. Personally my sleep was too important to waste nights experimenting so I went straight for the most-expensive-but-pretty-sure-it-would work option first.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

Sorry to those with car probs
Labour vibes to all those in needWhere's Helen today?
Congrats on baby Dylan can't wait to see pics Fidget.
Think someone wanted the Grace Mirage system? It's on offer in argos here not sure if it's cheap as I've not been looking for one but seems cheap?!
Kindof did you order your pushchair in the end? Sorry if you've said - can't remember!
Hope everyone's ok today? I'm hoping to get the nursery painting finished - or rather, I'm hoping to put the masking tape up so OH can get the painting finished when he finishes work! I know if I do it & mess it up he'll moan so easier just to let him do it (& I hate painting)Debating now on what colour to do the birds, thinking either really bright blue or a bright red...but wondering whether to do the 3 in diff colours or all the same...hmm. I took some pics last night of the marker mock up on the wall, will try & upload later so you can all help me pick

Forgot to add - MrsI, at first, I found a long sausage shaped pillow for putting my legs over was good, bit like putting my legs over OH but not annoying him!
Also - anyone know if there's postal strikes this week? Waiting on a postal order and have been for ages, hoping it might arrive today..
One last thing - a Q for Som (your dog is gorgeous btw!) - does furniture generally go in the Mothercare sale after Christmas? Debating with myself whether to hang on for the furniture?Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -
