re-Arnica, yes it would still be beneficial to take Arnica as it is taken to ease/ minimise bruising and deep tissue damage which you can still obviously get from having a section. The other homeopathic remedy that you might find useful (if you are up for giving it a go) is Hypericum as it helps to heal wounds. I have had a great success with this remedy, and my aunt who has just undergone major surgery has surprised all the nurses and Dr's by healing so quickly after taking it. Hypericum is also useful after vaginal labour if any tears/ stitches are needed. HTH.

Oh god....I'm so glad I checked! I will take these ones back and get some that are EPO on their own from either holland and barratt or the £1 shop next week. Think I have enough to do me till then. I would never forgive myself if something went wrong and there was a possibility it might be due to the vitamin E. Thanks for the info on arnica...hoped I could get them somewhere cheaper but will be in holland and barratt next week.

I'm glad I'm not the only one being beaten up - he's being really quite violent tonight and appears to have figured out what fingers are for! Feels as though someone is pinching me from the inside - not to mention the elbows and rolling about like a mad thing! I'm quite aware he's getting short of space in there but really, he could give me a break at bedtime!
