No, they can't turn you away in labour BUT they do like notes to write in.. not that anyone ever reads them anyway.
Problem at the moment is.. LGI I have had positive experience of.. but know noone there.. OH has family in Manchester so do I go there so he has some support? There is no way on gods green earth I am going to the flesh farm here.. I'd rather give birth in woods full of wolves, bears and vampires!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Hi all,
Hugs and vibes as needed!
Had attempted ECV today, but sadly didn't work as the baby is packed in too tightly and there isn't enough fluid around him. The consultant did try to move him a couple of times, and was very forceful, but it was uncomfortable rather than painful. Anyway, am now booking in for c-section on the 19th April! I was a little upset, but am now focusing on meeting the baby and will start looking at how i can recover asap! Is arnica still worth a try? Might try the odd frozen peas/inversion meanwhile, just in case he decides to turn after all...redstararnie76 wrote: »I'm going to the hospital this Thursday for the pre-op - don't really know what to expect from that, and then I have to go in at 8am on the 13th....
MicheleM - I hope your baby is head down for you. I always had a solid bump near my ribs - apparently it was the bum early on, but now it's the head. I couldn't tell any difference!
12 days till b-day - eeek!

Just poppin in to check how everyone's going? No news from Jopesy might be good news and all those labour vibes might have down the business.
30 weeks now and I feel like I've been pregnant forever - can't remember feeling this fed up, fat exhausted etc during my first - might be a case of looking back with rose coloured glasses what do any other second ( or more) timers think?Mam 2 Big E Nov 4 & Little A June 10:happylove0 -
I don't have time to think about it let alone get bored.. I have my scan tomorrow and yet it seems like 2 seconds since the one I had new years eve.. and I know that in a maximum of 14/15 weeks it'll be here and that willseem like 2 weeks!
I think it is because I am jst so incredibly busy I don't have time to brood on it or thinkabout it arriving.. and names have yet to be discussed...LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Sales i think it probably rose tinted glasses but it doesnt help having a little one to run around after when your pregnant and that always makes you feel even more exhausted.
Pigpen i dont know what LGI is chick i presume it is a hospital up there. I suppose the choice comes down to what support your partner feels he needs if he says he can cope and can manage with phone calls then i would go for the one you feel most comfortable with. Its a shame your history is for early births and some of the problems you have described of your experience of hospitals in the past i'd have thought a home birth would make you more relaxed but i would presume that wouldn't be an option. I hope all goes well at your scan :-) x:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
