well I am feeling absolutely full of beans.. in the last week I have decorated the kitchen and fitted a carpet in a cupboard and sorted the understair cupboard and am now on with redecorating the boys bedroom... I am finally able to stay awake from morning until bedtime and it is pretty wonderful.
Chippy for dinner though and another coat of paint before bed..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
It sounds like you really need that time off then, good that your doctor seems to be on your side too. I hate the 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality of some senior management, how dare they pull people up for stuff when they get things wrong themselves  We're only human !!!!!!
Look after yourself, hot baths, that kind of thing. I remember you saying when we were still on trying for a baby thread that you have really tough pregnancies. I would have no hesitation in your shoes about taking lots of time off if needed

Had a miscarriage in late last year.
When I am pregnant I get every minor ailment going but nothing life threatening but going by my past easy labours (5 1/2 hrs) so I suppose some you win some you don't.
Courgette look after yourself too, my doc recommends light exercise to clear the head ( not a big fan of medication ) and plenty of tlc, maybe it is just a pregnancy phase between 18 + 22 weeks hopefully it will lift for us both soon.
Pigpen how far on are you ?? I know you are a bit cagey about it but give us a clue ( to see when we can look forward to such energy !!!)Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -

I had a pig of a pregnancy with DS3 (16.5 hours) and DD3 (3.5 days resulting in emcs) i have arthritis in my hands and legs so i am in pain anyway.. but my insane lack of stomach muscle means my back is also hugely painful.. but I am feeling quite wonderful at the momentLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Me too! I think she is some kind of superwoman
I hope that rings true for me....Then i'll have a breeze of a labour
It'd explain my DD too, easy peasy pregnancy, crazily difficult labour! Or maybe it's just easy pregnancy, so you think labour will be easy and then realise not. And if you have a difficult preg, you are so glad to get labour out of the way you'll say it was easy in comparison. Hmmmm might all be relative, lol! Damn me, know i'm thinking too hard into it.
Has anyone tried Natal Hypnotherapy before? Just got my CD last week and waiting to get some time to chill and try it out! I'm hoping it'll be good, if so i'll be back advising you all get it after, lol!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
I would have agreed with your theory as well with my first two but with bubs i had a lovely pregnancy and the labour wasnt bad either it could have been better but wasnt bad. As i have said before this time round its abit up and down but i am determined to have the labour i want i am going to invest in the hypno birthing cd's to help me relax :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

Pigpen - Damn you scuppered my theory !! Good to hear you enjoying it, hopefully when I get my head sorted I'll start feeling pregnant and maybe even enjoy it ( I can dare to dream ) On the up side got my big scan on Thursday 20 + 1, can't wait to see see how my son reacts, think I'll stay on team yellowBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0
