Som was in my dream last night! Maybe it's a sign!

Well I've been up since 5am with pains that are slowly getting worse! My god they hurt, I want to cry during some of them.

With 2/3 of them I've felt like I needed to poo, but once in the toilet I didn't. Is that normal. Got to go, another one is coming!!! X

Som good luck chick hope this is it. xx

EA Yes that can be normal if baby is coming its because she is pushing down and feels very much like you are going to poo yourself. Lets hope this is it :-) xx

Typical isnt it we wait all week and it looks like two are going to come at once lol :-)

Ea chick I know it hurts worse than anything in the world but crying will restrict all your muscles and make it last longer take some tablets and try to relax. Sing if you can or making a noise like a moo cow will help to relax your whole body too xx

EA, try and relax and find a position comfy for you. Personally, I loved being sat on the very edge of the bed with my knees far apart - sitting on the loo was good too. Just focus on breathing through the pains - I know it sounds trite, but for every one that comes just focus on THAT ONE (one at a time) and try not to worry about the big picture (that's what OH is for!). You'll do great, I know it...it hurts, but it's soooo worth it in the end!! I know it's scary, but honestly your body knows what to do and will do all the work for you.

have you phoned MW? Hope Som is okay as well. Eeee, very exciting!!
