Well I told him thro txt that it wouldn't work him coming arond Sunday and said he can't have the best of both worlds. Was hard but I did it
He hasn't replied.
So how r u all?????
Had my 28 week midwife appointment today. Got my bloods done and my urine and blood pressure are fine. Babys great with a strong lil heartbeat on the go
Got to go back in 2weeks for a double app. as she needs to discuss the birth plan and where I'm having baby. So worried when I go into labour as i'm all alone out here with just my 4yr old sonMum and dad said there be there if I needed them as I don't drive. Midwife is going to write a letter to the council for me to see if I can swap homes near my family...really hope they do :S
Jus feel so down atm, really I do. Poor son was rushed to the city hospital for concussion last week. He was so poorly they had to give him suppositories as he wouldnt stop being sick. He banged his head on concrete at nursery. I hope things pick up soon! Just been eating pop tarts...there so yummy:smileyheaMummy to my lil' man born '05:smileyhea:j Baby boy due May 2010 :j0 -
waah! Watching The Baby Bunch on Watch (the docu about Ireland's first sextuplets) it's terrifying! I'm still wondering how I'll cope with one!0

Kindof my OH did a sweep for me it didnt hurt. He thinks he felt babies head but i dont know for sure i know the midwife could feel it when she examined me at 7pm that night at the time he said my cervix felt all squishy and he could get two fingers in it meaning i was 2cm dialated I made him do it after having two days like you did the other day where it all seemed to kick off then just stopped. If you google you can find step by step instructions. I dont think it is for the faint hearted though and i do think my bubs was ready to come out and my cervix just needed a little kick start :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

SS you are having a really rough time at the moment arent you. Would your parents be willing to stay with you for a few days when the baby is due it might put your mind at ease knowing its not just you and your son :-) x:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

Smartie - So sorry to hear scan didnt go as well as you'd hoped. If its any consolation, Ive got a cyst as well. And it was large up till my 20 week scan. Mine is fed based on hormone which decreases as pregnancy progress, (eostrogen I think), and it now measures somewhere around 4cm.....
Old work colleague of mine also had one removed when she was pregnant with her DS and that was 14 years ago, as they were worried it would burst....
Keep positive, and fingers crossed for our next appt.
Just been reading through my notes and it says im gonna be having bloods done again at my next appt. I had them taken at my booking appt so they know my blood type, rh result etc so why do they need another set?
I'm not fearful of having them done etc but I just dont know why they're doing it again?
Got turkey burgers in the oven, yum yum.... no buns though... so will have to be in a sandwich... Had a whole bowl of meatballs at 5pm
Watching Jo Frost atm as well..... t'is good.....
SS - Didnt want you to think I was ignoring owt thats been going on for you, but I honestly dont know what to say to be honest hun, I just feel so much for you, and for your son.... And its really hard for me to not go into a massive rant about his behaviour and how he's treated you. But do just want to say big hugs and love....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
SS whereabouts are you?
Smartie that is so rubbishbut at least they seem to think bean is ok. Really hope the scan in 2 weeks goes better. is it a good thing that that explains the bleeding though? xx
i can't believe it's half 8, where did the last hour go!
making orders of service for this wedding, gonna try and crack on with them while i'm waiting for OBEM
have to say my back is killing me, did/does anyone get really weird pain in the lat area, i.e. down your side and across under your ribs?!0 -
