Im watching this thing on 4od called 'other peoples breastmilk' its about people that BF other peoples babies, Kate Garraway is on it.
http://www.channel4.com/programmes/other-peoples-breast-milk/4od
If you fancy a look
It has a woman who is still BFing her 4 and 5 yr old. And im not against it, but i dont think i'll still be BFing Lily at 5 years old..
I certainly wont be I think its sick to be doing it that age.
I think I wouldne have a problem is someone expressed their milk and gave it to the 5 year old in a glass/sippy cup but seeing a 5 year old attatched to the breast just isnt right
Thanks Gill me toothanks again, yeah he does look like he's dropped eek lol I hope you are feeling better soon xxx

One woman on their babysat someone elses children and they were crying and she said she put them to her breast to comfort them. After a few days of doing this she started making milk, even though she has never given birth.
Then she started comparing the feeling of it to a sexual feeling and Kate Garraway was like "What??!"0 -

I haven't tried them but it can't make it worse so give it a go I reckon.:heart2: Mumma to DD 13yrs, DD 11yrs & DS 3 yrs. :heart2:0 -
I didn't try them, well i kinda did. And they really started hurting me. Turns out they were child sized ones. haha
Only thing that helped my sickness was to be sick. I just made it better for myself by eating foods that tasted good on the way up! lol
Just started running my bath and the water was cold. Turns out we run out of gas
So the emergency is on as im to lazy to walk to the shop, plus i dont get paid until tomorrow
And now im waiting for the water to actaully heat up  hehe0 -
Yay huge congrats Littlemissflower
Can't wait to read birth story and see pics! 4 hours is incredible for a first labour! Were u drinking rlt/taking epo etc? Share your secrets lol.
Does the little man have a name yet?
Thanks ladies,
We think its going to be finley but were are not sure yet,
i didnt drink rlt or have epo. its all a bit long winded but as you know i went for a induction so i was there at 9am on like a waiting ward at 11:30 they gave me a exam and said my cervix was really high and hard so it looked like i would be there a day or two at 1145 they gave me the gel and at 4pm i was still sitting there and thinking i was going to have the next gel at 6pm (gels are 6 hours apart) at 430 i started to get period pain and the mw said the gel sometimes does that and not to think its contractions but 5pm they were strong but still mw said its nothing at 7pm i was in so much paid so the mw said she will do a exam but again said may just be the gel. there was one mw between 6 of us. at 8pm she came and did the exam and i was 2cms so i was given gas and air still in the holding ward but by 830 i was saying i need to push the midwife said no your not ready and to calm down. i was like no i need to push she looked and i was 10 cm it all when into a panic the wheeled me to the birth centre 5 mws all shouting shes not ready to push. 1 mw took over checked again and said she could see the head at 9pm baby was born. it was so quic i only had the gas and air and if there is one thing i can say to you all you know how your body feels and do what your body tells you to do.
i will write it all in more details in my birth story.:jBaby Finley :j
:jBorn 3rd march at 9pm 7lbs 13:j

Congrats LMF
Can't wait to hear more & see piccies of the little fella!
All your name talk makes me think - I'd be really sad if I changed my surname?! Is that stupid?! When we get married I'm intending to double barrel mineThough OH & baby will just have his. Prob a bit stupid really!
Confuzzled I didn't use bands but I heard a lot of people did and found it good. Sepia too if you're into homeopathic stuff is meant to be good, might be worth a try
Gill sorry you're having a bad dayIs there any chance of starting mat leave earlier? Dont worry about bump size - mine looks quite small for comparison yet he's measured big throughout?! They all grow at their own pace and with a differing amount of fluid, so I'm sure you're perfect for you
CAFC might it be worth seeing a GP if the midwife's ignoring what you're saying? I imagine it takes a lot of courage to pipe up but might help you to talk to someone who's actually listening, rather than asking as a routine iykwim?
EA I watched the breastfeeding programme a while ago, firmly believe each to their own and if they're happy with it that's fine. I think it's sad that there's such a stigma attached to breastfeeding these days, but programmes like that probably really don't help public perception!
Som sorry you ended up in the hospitalHope the return for the prescription is a quick one! Your bump is fab - reckon you & Kindof are gonna go soon :T
I've had a fab day out with my friend but now sooooooo tired it's unreal, tempted to nap before OH gets backHad a real think about names & these are the ones I like, now to discuss with OH
