Kindof - I don't want to wash new stuff - agree with you that it might bobble or wash out of shape. Plus I'm lazy lol

Hassle - congrats and welcome :)

Rach - the aptamil polar bear is definitely the best and you get a free muslin cloth from SMA. Cuddly cow from cow & gate as well

convent girl - I had the same problem with bump stopping moving whenever DH had his hands there! Felt really sorry for him coz it took him weeks to feel it. Now he has no problems feeling it but never manages to see coz bump has the same nack of stopping when he comes into the room lol. One thing we noticed is that bump moves more when we're talking, but we'd go quiet while he was feeling which could've been why bump stopped, so we keep chatting now.

Agutka - you can get foam bath supports for a couple of quid in home bargains/quality save. I got one off freecycle though. Death eaters in your local forest is very cool :)

Smartie - if you're a bad mummy to be then so am I, I'm just using sheets and blankets in the old fashioned way lol

Nikkit - Thomas Andrew John is GORGEOUS - mega broody for my little man now :)

ooooh EA - fingers crossed this is it for you!

Labour vibes for Guinea, Pokey, LMF, EA, Som, Kindof and Gymfiend!

xmaslolly - thanks for all the info. I'm 31 weeks on Sun so just at the point when I need to start considering all of that

I washed all our new stuff lol. Haven't done the knitted items from my nan though, mainly cause im lazy :p

Baby used to stop kicking for OH to, it was as if she knew he was touching me! She still stops now sometimes, but she loves his voice and most of the time starts wiggling when he starts speaking :)
He feels awkward talking to bump i think, cause what he mostly says is something along the lines of "Baby stop kicking mummy your hurting her" and/or "Hurry up and get out please" lol.

Does anyone sing to their bumps? I sing along to music when im in the bath and i notice she moves alot then, either she loves my voice and is dancing or she hates it and is trying to cover her ears lol

I only ever washed the bedding when it was new not the baby clothes i did how ever invest in some non bio washing powder and washed bubs stuff seperately for the first few weeks it was no hardship as he had enough clothes so i could leave it until there was a full load and do it all together now he is older it all gets washed with the general laundry in my normal washing powder.

Agutka & Gill i have no idea which of the items made the biggest difference but there was deffinately a difference. The pain was totally bearable until the last 20 mins it all went a lot quicker and i healed so much faster this time.

I used to sing to Joey towards the end of my pregnancy and talk to him my other half did to he used to have whole conversations with him.

GRRR i want a chinese now positively drueling here for some chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce :-) x

I finally felt some movement! :D Was getting so paranoid about it but at 19 weeks exactly things kicked off and have felt movement ever since then and it seems so obvious now, like someone just flicked a switch, so weird. hehe. OH is now patiently waiting for when he can feel it and I can't wait for that, I know he will be over the moon. :)

    Its amazing isnt it!!!

In the beginning everytime I felt him move I would tell OH and he would put his hand on me and beany would stop moving lol

Ea ohhhh I love Calzone :)

This Flash Forward programme is really good!!!

Can I just say its weird having a Rach on hre cos I am Rach in real life and it always makes me stop and pause when someone talks to Rach lol

Stolen lol Labour vibes for Guinea, Pokey, LMF, EA, Som and Gymfiend!

EA my OH is exactly the same, he has no idea what to say to bump, so he just basically says things like "you can come anytime you want" etc and not much else, ive told him he should read a book to him, any book

Yes I sing along to the music as well and beany is the same, he wiggles loads, so he either hates my voice or loves it lol
