How do we differentiate between MM and MM?
Anyway - if you PM me your email add, you can have the info too.
(Maybe we could make the MSE meeting at a central Holiday Inn, where several of us could get married while we're there! - oh !!!!!!, that means we'd have to bring OH's. Never mind - silly plan.:D):beer:0 -

I am a bit confuzzled, surely if you add the powder to cold water then it doesn't dissolve the same?
Benjamin is happy to drink it room temp, but then again it usually comes from a carton!! Also, I thought the powder needed to be added when the water is hot because the powder isn't sterile??
Sorry - I am a complete formula feeding novice!! There is no way I am going back to expressing though, not when the babba shares my food most of the time!!
My gut feeling is to make the milk and send it to CM to put in her fridge, for a quick warm before he has it. I guess I should just go with that!!
Bibs, change of clothes (?) any toys or comforters?
I did that until he was about 12mths (only less bottles obv)
You've seen him, he's reet ain't he?Millie's_Mum wrote: »Just told me OH about the Holiday Inn £999 weddings (even he agreed fab value).

Yes, Andrew definitely has a guardian angel :A
I'd volunteered for research into pregnancy endpoints, they asked me loads of questions about lifestyle and took blood samples; the final stage was an extra scan at 21 weeks that included dopplers on the bloodflow, and it was then that they spotted the problem.
But also ...
The hospital was monitoring me fortnightly from 25wks onwards. My 27wk scan was meant to be filmed for the documentary, but the crew got called away, so an additional "staged" scan was organised at 28wks. The 27wk scan was fine, and I'd normally not be seen for another 2 weeks. At the staged 28wk scan, they found that the bloodflow had reversed, the placenta wasn't functioning, and Andrew was in danger; I received steroid jabs and he was born by c/s a week later. If we hadn't had that interim scan for the documentary, we wouldn't have known, and Andrew could have died in utero.
Freaky or what?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

i think the cold water/powder thing is fine if the bottle is drunk straight away, and probably in the fridge, but i wouldnt want to put powder in cold water and take it out for seth to drink later just in case
although OH has just informed me that he no longer makes the bottles with boiling water but generally lukewarm or cold water anyway  and seth is alive, so there you go!!Mummy to

yes the same rules apply, once milk hits the water, you have an hour before chucking, or put it in fridge from mixing point.
emlou, in france they stop sterilising bottles at 6m, makes me wonder if we are too cautious over here.0
