Chopsticks says hi to all! (has just txt me) She's got a lot going on at home (she and Caitlin are fine though) but hopes to be back catching up and posting soon :)

I'm off on a mission for Caz. If she comes online, someone tell her to check her phone so she knows what I'm upto.

I'm taking OH into town tomorrow and I'm going to have to get new glasses - need him to help me choose. Do need them anyway.. just need to find my prescription!

under 6's are only allowed glycerin for a tickly cough and the usual calpol/ibruprophen I personally think glycerin is a waste of time sorry hun :o

Elle you can always get a free eye test from somewhere if needed or pop in where you get tested and ask for a copy :)

Oh, I saw the thread on that. Will read it later :) Asda is even better cos can go anytime! :D

GISI and tsstss, sorry, quoted you earlier than used the quick reply box. I bought the vests from M&S ages ago and don't still have the receipt. They say £8 on them but I don't think I spent more than £5 on them cos everything I've bought from M&S has been in the sale. My friend says she wants to give me something for them so will sort something on Monday. Asda vests are £5 a pack so methinks we'll swap for them ;):)

Meant to say about my friend too.. every time we've seen each other, she's said we'll see each other in a few weeks. I thought it was because she wasn't that keen on seeing us all the time (fair dos) but it turns out it was because she didn't want to get in the way of our appointments and we used to have a lot more than we do now. I txt her after seeing her last Sunday saying it's be nice to see each other more often and she jumped at the chance! Yay! :D It'd be so nice for Rhys and her LO (his old room buddy from hospital) to grow up together :D Am going to see her on Monday next week.

Sami, I was going to say "it's here somewhere" about the prescription, but then again so are my glasses! :o

Maz, when you said six days left earlier, did you mean today and all next week, or do you not work five days a week so you've got more then just to next Friday to work? All set for leaving? :)
  • Afternoon all - Very clingy baby this afternoon. She woke up crying from her nap, and wouldn't let go of me or stop. A big drink of milk later and a long cuddle in front of cbeebies and she has crawled off and is back to being little miss independent again, so no idea if she was thirsty or something else .

Got a free graze box today. No idea how long I will keep getting them. Next weeks is reduced, might stop after that... one drawback of them though - Izzy has helped me eat half of the dried cherries which were the first bit I opened. I want a look in too ;)

ooh that would bug me so much Maz! If I'd been given something like that I would make sure it was all nicely folded/hung up back where it came from.

Anyone ever ordered pizza hut to takeaway from a restaurant? I fancy a change from dominoes but our local PH doesn't deliver
