House round the corner is up for sale... £67, 950... Mine was valued at £80,000 18 months ago :(

It will change, and unless you're selling for profit it makes no difference. Now is the best time possible to move up the ladder as the house you would move to would be less as it would have dropped more! X

(((Hugs))) Mel, we all have times like that hun, you're not useless. XXX If you were useless you wouldn't give a s!!!.

Yeah but the other house is way better than mine so if that one is going so cheap I doubt what I could sell mine for would cover the cost of the mortgage... That's if there was someone desperate to buy it enough in the first place...

Going to go on google aerial view and see how big the garden is compared to mine... lol...

oh bum... It's bigger than mine :(

Sami - I'll leave the stuff in my car til I see you next. Might be coming over your neck of the woods on Monday so could pop it in to you if you like
:eek:My house is minging, I'd need 3mths to have it non-family visitor ready :o:rotfl: I could meet you though or try for Ikea again? :)

The useless HV was at clinic, she wouldn't even touch Edgar  so I've got an appointment for him on Thursday

and TMI alert I've got a really sore botty again :( was almost in tears on the loo but had to keep a brave face because Christopher came up to join me

But is it in the same condition? We got our house for 60% of what the adjoining (semi-detached) house was bought for a year earlier but ours is in nowhere near as good condition and had a large overgrown garden full of junk.

It's called CHAOS... Can't have anyone over syndrome... We suffer with it here lol...

And it's very kind of you all to tell me how minging the house is... But they just did major interior work to it last year and knocked the wall between the hall and living room through, it looks lovely through the window... The gorgeous 2year old posh double glazed windows... lol...

Everyone else is saying what I would Mel - it's not your fault that the student loans people are bogged down, and you're working so hard to make things better for your family. Don't be discouraged, and if you don't want to talk to your GP then maybe your HV or someone anonymous? It really might help :grouphug:
I agree with SS the loans people are pants at the moment... my bosses daughter has been waiting since April and has finally got hers sorted.

Just back from consultant, she is happy for natural birth this time if we can and doesnt want to induce me, rather let me go over again... got to go back and see her on 15th Dec and they may do sweep then... good thing is she would rather not do CS if she can help it which will be really good....
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
