Thinking about it Elle - there is a lady that (I think) goes to Fritha's Booby Club and she bottle feeds EBM because her letdown is too quick and her baby (I say baby - she is about Benjamins age!) can't cope with it. I met her at the BF Picnic and she tried to BF and then gave up and got out a bottle.
The BF groups are pretty all-encompassing here. At my main one we have a FF baby who is a week younger than Benjamin - BF didn't work out but mummy likes the group!! We also have a mummy who has only BF at night (7-7) since baby was 5 weeks old, all other feeds are EBM because she was due to go back to work at 12 weeks. We also have a mummy whose milk dried up at 4m (baby is now 14m), 2 mums who have stopped BF and 3 daddies who have never BF!! I was out with 2 of the Booby Club daddies this morning!
What I am saying is, don't discount them just because they are BF Groups. The problem with the classes is there isn't enough time to gossip and make friends
Dads go to breastfeeding groups?! I never went because i only did it for a week, and thought it would be silly going? lol.Mommy to Elliot (5) and Lewis (born xmas eve 11!)0 -

Thank god hubby will take turns with me (or at least give me a break).
MFD - aw, just go to bed with him. Must think he's missing out on something bless him.
God knows what he thinks!! At the moment he is downstairs with daddy so he doesn't disturb his big brother going to sleep  He has had a big bottle of goodnight milk (not sure that my boobies are giving him enough at the moment) and he is still awake.
THIS IS ALL BECAUSE I SAID THIS MORNING THAT HE SLEEPS LIKE A DREAM FROM 7.30pm til 2.30am  when will I learn to keep my big mouth shut!Dads go to breastfeeding groups?! I never went because i only did it for a week, and thought it would be silly going? lol.
