MSE Parents Club Part 8

I've got a big batch of macaroni cheese made up- discovered that Izzy can only manage it if the macaronni is cut in half, so I have an exciting evening ahead of me1. DH gets to go to a party, I get to sit with a bowl of pasta and a knife. At least I get to be in control of the tv remote for once - I bet there is nothing good on!

Hugs fir you SS (and a big "serves you right" to your DH... they never grow up!)
AM - I've just read back to find your news - hugs for you too. It sounds like you are making the right decision for the three of you.
I've given up on trying to get Izzy to settle in her room - she has fought sleep all day, other than drifting off in the car a few times, so is now overtired and fighting it. I got bored of sitting in the dark, so figured I may as well feed within reach of the laptop
DH is away at a party tonight, so I hope to hear all the gossip tomorrow. He is under strict instructions not to wake me when he gets in, otherwise if he knows I am awake there will be no shutting him up!
This is how I feel - he's up there now, moaning and I know he won't settle up there so in about 2mins I'll end up going up and probably bringing him down here where he will fall straight to sleep!money_maker wrote: »Right I'm off, ((hugs))
catch you all tomorrow xx
Have fun hun!
SM - get meal planning!
Aw Tia - she is so cute!
Well, I've just been hit by just about every bodily fluid - Jack was a little bit sick after his 1st bottle of Hungry Baby Milk. He peed on the bathroom floor as I was getting him into the bath. THEN while I was doing his massage (thinking to myself, 'Oh, he's not had a poo today and yesterday I didn't do his massage - could be a connection) he started pooing
So had to grab a baby wipe to catch it, shout to OH to get me more wipes as I ran out and then he decided to pee again! :rotfl:
Fortunately me and my bed escaped it all!
Gah, he's still grizzling - gonna wait to see if we go full on crying and then I'll get him!
I wanna eat my chocolate cheesecake!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0
