before I go to bed, has anyone that's online now got an iPhone? I have a stupid question :o

Also do you ladies think it would be rude to sell something you got as a birthday present only 6mths afterwards (that something being an iPod touch)

can you guess what I'm thinking of doing? :D

Forgot to say, i have been put on Omeprazole cos of really bad reflux and OMG it's a miracle drug, my life is now bearable again!! :T I was puking up paint stripper style acid at some points but i've not even been taking my Peptac since the tablets :D
I searched it on the forums and most mentions of it were in here, so i guess some babies have had some reflux problems too.
  • MFD - I like it between 18-22 degrees any higher than that and it's just too hot for me - the radiator only goes on in the bedroom if we get a very cold spell - DH is convinced it's because I'm an autumn/winter baby as he's likes it hot - he's the only person I know that during a heatwave he still sleeps with his head under the quilt!

MDW - I'm a summer baby (June) and I HATE hot weather, I love crisp cold but not windy/rainy days, when you can go kicking leaves in the park all wrapped up - oooh lush!

  • I need to have a tiny whinge about my (generally very lovely) MIL.

She picked up Benjamin from his CM again today and brought him back to mine for the afternoon. I know she adores Benjamin and looks after him very well - giving a good mix of fun, stimulation and cuddles. But - she drives me to distraction with her little antics!!

She unloads my dishwasher - which is lovely - but she doesn't put anything away, just leaves it on the side for me to put away  At least it is bl00dy tidy tucked away in the dishwasher - how on earth is that helpful? And she can get herself a cup from the cupboard but she can't put one back in???? Why???

She empties out Benjamin's rucksack onto the table - why? Just leave his hat and mittens in there - then I know where they are if I need them and they are there already when he goes to the CM again!! Why???

Tonight he wouldn't eat his dinner. Apparently he was gagging on it - incidentally it was a blitzed version of the roast beef she cooked for us yesterday!! I have told her on numerous occasions that there are jars of food on the side if he won't eat what I have left for him. I leave the jars on the side so MIL can see them. But she refuses to feed him a jar of anything  so when he wouldn't eat his dinner she gave him yoghurt and banana and pear instead.

I came in just before 6 and Benjamin was starving. I barely heated a jar of spaghetti bolognaise (7m+) and he wolfed practically the whole lot down.

Why won't she feed him a jar? Would she rather he went hungry?

And finally! When I came in this evening she had dressed Benjamin in the sleepsuit that his dad took off him this morning. I give him a new sleepsuit every night (and his dad was home by 5.30pm!!) so I am confuzzled as to why she put him in a dirty sleepsuit (she knows where the clean ones are!)

I would love to say that I relaxed and left him to it...but I didn't :o I changed him into a clean sleepsuit (but left him in the vest his dad put on this morning) - I was upset at the thought at him sleeping in dirty clothes :o:o:o

I know I am being picky and that she is largely lovely. Maybe I am just being !!!!!y because she has spent more time with my son than I have over the last 2 days :(

Rant over - don't really need advice! Just needed to get it out!!

Ooo - that was a long one!!!
