Ha, yes frilly bits out. She has a talent :D On size 3 because I thought moving her up would help. She goes daily, but recently it has been a couple times a day, no idea if she has had a bit of whatever bug the boys are passing between themselves or not.

Think I will try the hungry baby stuff, if it doesn't help I can change back.

Got HV tomorrow for her 12 week jags (yes at 16 weeks) then she has her follow up appointment at the consultants (secretly I am crapping myself that they will say something is wrong, which I knew I would anyway), so I can always ask them. Oh yeah, and a 'chat' to the HV about DS2 too.

weezl74 - Yay for sleeps! Hope you have a lovely, bright day after sleeping. How is Fergus? And OH? When are your KIT days?

no can do on the KIT days, but another (less lucrative but ok) solution has been offered and agreed. It just means I get 10 months off with new baby instead of 12. I might ask them for a months unpaid parental leave to attempt to reimburse what I've lost. Fergie's good, excema still sore, but socks on hands at night, sudo and steroids are helping :)

Hi all - haven't read back yet as I'm (as always) really swamped here so just got time for a quick post during my morning coffee.

    Anyway my news is :-

OH and I have had our first pre-christmas [STRIKE]row[/STRIKE] discussion lol. Almost a christmas tradition here .

We've avoided the row so far! It usually involves my anxiety about DHs parents. They are very hard to plan with and predict. One year they arrived 1 hr 45 mins late for a christmas dinner I'd cooked for 14 of us. :(

ooh we like Tomasz too, his name is so cool too :)

:eek:Did I really just buy OH a shirt for £40?? yes I believe I did :o All because the noob head he works with took the pish out of him I went all angry-I'll-show-him :o its very nice Dolce & Gabbana though.
Had costco buffet followed by pizza - yum!

What's costco pizza like sami, any good?

can anyone help with a shopping question... Have you ever seen a hot water bottle that's kind of on a belt so you can walk around with it on the small of your back? I get some relief from thermacare wraps but at £3 a day I think the next 20 weeks will be costly!

    TIA for any help :)

Weezl, I never have but I'm sure you could wedge one into a belly band?

Edit: we don't have the Christmas row because there are only my parents to placate. I'm genuinely sad for Husband that his parents are gone, and sad for Molly that she'll never meet the grandparents on that side. But it really does save a lot of hassle. I used to joke that my ideal man would have no parents, hmmm.

Husband's not one for Christmas celebrations, but I love all the tinsel and the excitement and giving people presents (getting them less so, for some reason). So we're heading to the UK where mayhem and fun and lots of lovely food will be enjoyed, and if Husband would rather stay here and have pizza and a movie he has the sense not to suggest it :rotfl:

Feelie-thanks for remembering me in your mega post!

Sugar - Peas in curry is not entirely wrong, in fact Keema (lamb mince)or Muttar Aloo (potato & pea curry) SHOULD have have pea's in! :)

pookie - i would love the snowsuit, i need to buy a 3-6 month one so it'll definitely get used, he's just growing out of the 0-3 month one and i have him in the carrier all the time with it on...( i completely understand if you want to give it to a more regular poster though, i don't manage to keep up nearly enough!)

Sami- My hubby got a letter from the docs offering him a swine flu jab but i didn't get offered one, i was a bit put out really as i thought i'd rank higher somehow being a mum with a young baby?
oh and thankyou about the tip about the maxi cosi seat, Austin hates his and i was wishing i could take out the wedge!

Tia - Austin has solid poo because of the Infant Gaviscon so we actually celebrate in this house if he has a squishy one!

Oh and i can't remember now what i actually came on to post about....

oh and, did any of you get your period while still exclusively breastfeeding? I am now on my second one! :(

I don't think peas belong anywhere, unless they are mushy and on the top of some chippy chips :)

No period for me yet, although I was ferociously crampy today. A friend of mine was exclusively breastfeeding and got hers after six weeks.

    Hiya,

It's not 50p a day any more :o £90 a month for the 3 of us :) includes formula. You're doing well with the BF :T. Am I right that Austin's had some nasty reflux, how's that been? Gaviscon makes really plasticky poo because it contains alginate, which is the putty that the dentist uses to make an impression of your teeth, liquid at first and then hardens! :)
