  • MFD, I only didn't mention you because I didn't want to appear too keen ahead of Tuesday  How are you today?

LO is watching scrubs. Am I the only one who doesn't watch baby programs, just lets LO watch my stuff?

    LOL!

Benjamin watches a bit of both! He loves Deal or No Deal but he also loves Waybuloo (and Boo before it went AWOL). Childrens programmes keep him entertained more IYSWIM.

We went to a Communications Workshop with my RL mummy friends today - it was lovely, although just really an extended playgroup! Benjamin was the youngest there by about 3 month but he still had a fab time (and was one of the noisiest LOL)
    My Surestart centre is ace!!

Benjamin napping (about 50 mins so far which is a minor miracle!) so I am pottering and waiting for hubby to get back from buying his practice wife a birthday present.

I think we may have an afternoon playing on the Wii with DSS - it is horrible out there today. Then we are off bowling for nieces birthdays at 7.30pm - why they can't book it earlier when they know the baby likes to go to bed I don't know

feelie - me and Jack just watched 101 Dalmations but he loves the footy!

    Mel - gutted u can't come Monday :(
We could always all meet up on another day when MFD's not working, there's enough of us - Me, Sami, 3, Fritha, MFD, Feelie (if she's still up here!), Sparkle and anyone else I've missed! We could go for lunch somewhere like Cheshire Oaks or Trafford Centre and then Jillie, NMS & Tigs, Dora, SB could join us! :j and of course anyone else who lives Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan etc or fancies travelling! (Can't think of anyone else but huge apologises if I've missed someone!)

Most places do good lunchtime menus that are quite :money:

yay!!! dont/cant drive so cheshire oaks is a no for me
i can get to others as well, even warrington or wigan. just need plenty of notice so i can organise tram/train

    Hello everyone!

Sorry to hear about the arguments Elle and Tigs, not nice is it, we had a mini one at 4am because he kept making licking dog noises with his throat, and i was like ARRRGHGHHHHH, and he started taking the p!ss out of me and delibrately making the noises, so I went and kipped on the sofa and found it funny that Keira's pull up leaked in the night and he got wee on him. TEE HEE HEE

Why do I have about 19 odd socks? I have a massive washing pile too, because I had to re wash the huge ironing pile because the cats had been sleeping in it = hairy and OH had been chucking his rank socks in the basket from bed. Yuk.

So, anyone doing anything exciting today? I might pluck my eyebrows and make chilli nachos :D Oh and cakes with Keira.

Rhys has just fallen asleep on me so I'm pinned to the sofa for five minutes :) Have got dressed, sorted the washing, put Rhys' play gym mat and big floor blanket in the wash so can't put him down on there.

Muchos tidying, sorting, cleaning and packing needed here, plus shopping for final bits for OH's present and a birthday cake

I think Trafford Centre is quite central, has parking, plenty of places to shop if we want to and we could grab food somewhere like F&B where they can put a load of tables together so we can all fit in!

I've heard the Christmas markets are good! Well, if Tuesdays and Thursdays are free then lets be :money:and pick one of those days!

BM - I'm planning on making cupcakes today but the main word there is 'planning'!!

    Snap, just like me.

My dog is stoopid, I just gave him some of my stollen loaf (didn't fancy a proper dinner) anyway the marzipan got stuck to the top of his mouth :o so I had to stick my hand in and pull it out  so you'd think that when I tell him to go get a drink of water he'd go in the kitchen? Nope he ran round the table came to the other side of me and begged for some more loaf :rotfl:
