Krystal lol, he's not that heavy yet - still smaller than most of your babies were at birth! (4lb 10.5oz) But to us, he's huge. And he's doing just fine, doing typical baby things that I won't bore you with.
But we're here to be bored by such things :D
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Weezl, have a great night!

Feelie, I know you feel sad but please try and use this time to have a good look at things and hopefully there will be something positive from it.

Forgot what else I was going to say because DS1 is ill again. He has a black hole in his tummy, poor wee guy.

r.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!
I can't promise that all my replies will illicit this response :p
  • I feel on the edge of tears! Silly really. I suppose it is cos I've had a nice couple of safe and happy days, where I've not needed to worry or be scared, and now I'm alone. It was stupid to come up here knowing I'd end up alone, but I literally had 10 minutes to decide, and OH was saying he couldn't cope with me being insane so it was up to me, so thought it was just more sensible to come up here.

Did someone mention something about a meet on Monday?

Also, I had about 8 inches of hair cut off today.

Oh boo! It is slingmeet on Monday and I can't go :(

Benjamin and I could come meet you on Tuesday if you fancy it though?

Thanks r.mac :) don't suppose you have a footprint shaped cookie cutter do you? My mum though she did... Only when she got here it turned out to be a penguin she was looking at upside down...

  • Krystal, if you have a steady hand, draw or trace a footprint onto greaseproof paper and use a thin sharp knife to cut around it

We love boring baby stuff!! I love hearing the little things that babies do that reminds me of when Benjamin was that age! When you have an 8 month old bruiser like mine you will feel the same!!

    Happy Anniversary Weezl!

  • OOh, can we both go somewhere with our Stokke? A woman in town today stopped and asked lots of questions and I gave her a demonstration! What colour do you have, I forgot. Would be fabby to meet you and LO.
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.
  • That's my plan b mm... I need a couple though so a cookie cutter would be more efficient... And probably an awful lot neater LOL!

Feelie I'll send you the meet info on FB :)
Also I'm not sure if she works full time but MadDogWoman is in northwich so not a million miles away from you if you want to PM her she is of course a TTTFW so you definitely have things in common ;)

Krystal when is the dedication, a week 2mo??
We have a HUGE thing of cookie cutters at MILs I think theres 1000 in the tub, I can look for a foot print in there for you if there's time for me to get it to you :)
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.
