It'd probably have to be volunteer work, or I'd have to give up Incapacity Benefit (which I couldn't ever reclaim). OH would watch Toby. Would probably end up in a Charity Shop.

Feelie I think it could do you good but only if you feel ready to.
I wouldn't say you've got it easy though  thats such a typical man thing to say  how can he say you have it easy when you do pretty much everything for Tobes xxx

MFD - How are you finding being back at work?

    Mel x

I have only done 1 day but I loved it! Although I spent lots of time thinking how I wouldn't have let things happen like that on my watch :D

    How's uni going?

Feely - what is Toby eating now?

A charity shop sounds good BTW!

Toby eats anything really, but still likes to breastfeed pretty often. He'll eat any type of cooked or uncooked vegetables (peas and carrots ate favourites) and really likes natural yogurt and home made rice pudding. He eats ham sandwiches, toast and rice cakes too. Don't know how long he could go without a breastfeed though, it is still 90 minutes or so during the day (but he does a 6 hour stretch, followed by a 4 hour one at night).

I don't feel ready and I don't want to, but OH keeps saying it'll help. I used to work in a charity shop and didn't enjoy it. I hid upstairs on my own ironing clothes. I hated being responsible for anything, and would often cry while trying to work out if clothes were good enough quality.

Oh great:) It is funny how little time you get to worry about the babes isn't it. When I am in uni (which is going well, when I can afford to get there!!) I get so wrapped up in what I am doing I manage to go hours without the kids or house/money etc even crossing my mind.......When I come out though, I can't wait to see them all:)

Feelie - if you don't feel ready you'll just end up getting worse worrying about having to do the job so it will make things worse not better.
What about a spot of exercise? I know your hips are still bad so maybe a spot of chairobics :)http://www.chairobics.com/videointro.htm

    Evening all..

I've been out to Morrisons for foodie bits (stuff for our hols next week) and filled my car up for only the second time since Rhys came home - two tanks of petrol in 17 weeks! :D

Rhys has just had apple puree for the first time and loved it! :j Silly question coming up... what type of yoghurt type thing is best for LOs - fromage frais, natural yoghurt, greek yoghurt, etc etc? More calories the better for Rhys!

Greek yogurt tends to be highest in fat but without added sugar, so it's been our choice :)
