Well, I'm stuck. My nearly vertical driveway is a sheet of ice and I'm too chicken to try to get the car out of the garage. Roads on the estate are icy too, though it's not far to the main road the are all either up or down so would risk skidding.

Yet the main road is clear and traffic is moving fast, I'm gutted.

Missing visiting 2 mates, Kezias Christmas party and finishing the food shop and getting last lot of pressies. My bread is 3 days out of date and there is only enough milk left for 2 more cuppas. Poor Kez was dressed up to the nines and in her car seat before I realised so she's not very happy at being dressed up for nothing either. Dress was a right faff to get into but looked gorgeous. Now no-one will see it except in photos. Cost £30 too!!!

I've put salt on the drive but so far it doesn't seem to have made much difference and the little roads are still quite white. Wouldn't mind if we'd actually had lots of snow but we've had hardly anything.

Sorry you're stuck in, sounds pretty grim. We have no snow here at the moment, just a bit of ice and slush. Loads fell last night so it must just have not laid.

Henry is being fractious today- he's having a little nap at the moment so hopefully that will help but I'm pretty sure he knows that Daddy is at work and Mummy is trying to cope on her own!

I got stuck at Jasmines school for over 45 mins cuz a car skidded and no one could get out of the car park till he moved !!

Oh not good Harley! Must admit I wanted a White Christmas but it causes such a hassle! Thankfully the council round my buildings and roads have gritted it, so it's walkable but temp has reached -5 at least here, so all the new snow is just icing over. Times like these I'm glad I don't drive! Be too scared.

My sister is being a right biatch. Now what do you think of this -

I bought a glittery dress top from H & M a few weeks back, took it home, tried it on, decided I didn't like it. So asked my mum to return it as she was heading back into town 2days later. I kept asking her, if she had returned it "Oh tomorrow" Turns out my sister liked the dress and was wanting to wear it to her bfs Xmas party (I don't think they were going to tell me that!) Anyways I told her no, she wasn't getting it unless she paid for it (because she expects everything for free) she said she would pay me, she has now worn it, ripped the tags off and it's been washed and told me "Oh nah, I don't want to keep it you can have it back" :mad: I CANT RETURN IT CAN I!! I told her in no uncertain terms that she will give me the money for that, even if it's off her Xmas money. She's not getting away with that.

WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS THE GOBSH!TE.

Grrr....OK the dress didn't cost much but it's the principal, her and my mum think because I'm "loaded" in their eyes, that I should buy them things and give them things?! Don't think so, they get more than enough from me!

She's now on the phone calling me everything under the sun, she doesn't work and I sponge off OH, so I should let her off not paying.

Actually she's heavier than me, she used to be a beanpole but since going out with her BF and a different circle of friends, not only has her attitude got worse but so has her food consumption. They are always out scoffing.

She squeezes herself into a 14 now, I mean the reason I didn't keep that dress was because it was too clingy round my stomach, and when she wore it she had a big massive gut sticking out, I'd of not worn that outside but hey ho, she can look a fool if she wants!

She's an eejit, seriously. Has no concept of real life.
