tia, do you have any coffee granules? Wrap some up in a clean pop sock or tights and place it in the fridge and it will get tid of the smell, or cut a lemon in half and do the same
Can your hubby not refuse to drive? He is bound to be able to challange itThe two best things I have done with my life

Happy birthday to Zoe!!!
Bobbins that reminds me Tia, I need to get a roasting tin for the turkey, got one last year but it doesn't look silver anymore!
I read a tip online if you put the turkey in breast down, on a rack, well only rack I could use is the grill one, it's just so it isn't touching the bottom I guess? Anyhow, it stops the turkey drying out apparently because the juices from the legs etc run into the breast. Going to try that, as last year I about choked on a bit of dry turkey.
Today, I'm cleaning the kitchen, and hoovering all the rooms. OH can sort out Keira's toys tonight and her bedroom, and I'll clean the bog tomorrow.
He bought me flowers and ferroro rocher home last night because the night before he shouted at me because he was moaning on that Keira was in our bed again.
She DID go to her own bed at 8:30pm last night, though she insisted sleeping with the light on, so must get a night light. Anyways she ended up in our bed at 3am, after me trying for over an hour to get her back to sleep, making a rod for my own back with this but I needed sleep. OH, and her nappy leaked and soaked my bed again. SHE DRINKS SOOOOO MUCH, during the night too, wakes up half asleep, drinks and goes back to bed.
It's okay she still wears pull ups at 3 and a half isn't it? I remember my sister was dry at that age, but I don't think she has learned to wake up and pee.0 -
Honestly! Do talktalk think because It's Christmas they can take their money early or something? THEY SHOULD BE TAKING IT LATE!! Thankfully I have the money in, and my bill seems to be uber high this month too, probs all those mobile calls.
Bah humbug, just realised I'm going to have to clean my manky oven too. Ho ho crap0 -

Has anyone heard from SS. The radio keeps reporting chaos at Manchester airport!
Thanks chopsticks and 3 - you have put my mind at rest - not! I'll just have to wait and see on Friday I suppose.
The chaos at Macnhester airport could be SS herself
Anyhow, in case of no return before Christmas, I wish you all well for the day and hope all your little ones enjoy their Christmases :cool:0 -

Will try that with the fridge, thanks.
He can try and say he can't manage it. But the worst thing is, if he slides or crashes, it's HIS fault! And he will get a warning for it, even though police have advused them not to send buses out!Buttonmoons wrote: »Happy birthday to Zoe!!!

Mine isn't silver but I'm still using it :cool:0 -
It's not just that it's not silver, OH never puts foil down when cooking stuff on it, and when you use a scourer on grease and crud like me it leaves scratches etc and is probably not 100% clean, and since OH mum is now coming for Xmas dinner, I don't want to cook the turkey on somethin that in all probablyity has had some bacon on it. Plus I could do with new trays
Keira is doing the dishes for me :rotfl: I've given her all the plastic plates tubs and bowls. She loves it, saves me doing it haha. Best go slick up my oven0 -
