  • Can I nip into this thread?

I'm Amy, married to Mark and we've got four little boys (check the username ;)) aged between 2 and 5 weeks :D. We seriously need to work on our finances after having our latest babies (twins; twice as nice ;)). We've just paid off a huge mess DH got into before I met him and we DO NOT want to go there again.

    Thanks, Amy :)

Welcome Amy. Twins - how lovely. I've always wanted twins, I have a little girl, 11 weeks. This is definitely the best place to be to save you money. Just skip the posts talking about buying boots otherwise you end up wanting everything everyone else has bought.

No snow here, I'm so disappointed. Really wanted the excuse to stay home today.

On the bright side, we have singing this morning (walking down with the kari-me, love it) another trip to morrisons for chocolate oranges if any left, then my lovely massage this afternoon. Mum and Dad coming to baby sit for an hour so I can go relax and then get last few pressies.

Hope all are well, we had quite a good night after the idiot infested evening. (See facebook for the rant!!!)

Sooooo sleepy, should be illegal having to wake up at this time *Yaaaaaaaaawn*

How the hell would I cope with a 9-5 job?!!

Going into town, my dad is coming down to watch Bop and take her to nursery, so I'll need to wake her before I go and get her dressed because he is a man and useless. Will also need to tell him where to find the food to feed her "GIVE HER A YOGHURT, SECOND SHELF IN THE FRIDGE" "GIVE HER A BANANA, WINDOWSILL IN THE KITCHEN"

Just noticed AM said they have snow. No fair! I heard that Aberdeen was supposed to have the biggest snow fall this year and we got about 4 minutes of sleet yesterday instead. It better be white for Xmas!

    Morning all..

    Welcome Amy :)

BM, I agree, should be illegal to be up at this hour! :( Have managed 6.5hrs sleep in 48hrs.. yay - not! Builder due at 10am, then friend coming over, then me going into town, while OH stays at home with Rhys. We had a chat (;)) when we got to bed last night and apparently he does appreciate all I've done towards Christmas.. ah ha  He says he's going to put the tree up this afternoon while I'm out but we'll see

No snow here :( I always thought we didn't get any cos we are right on the coast, but just seen the weather forecast and snow is forecast all around the coast on sunday so we'll keep hoping ;)

Think I need another cuppa to help me get going.. just need someone to make it for me :o
