It's funny, MOTM, because my dad is noted for being the least sensitive of all of us.

I guess this is a situation which is maybe affecting him more than other situations? Maybe he's getting more sensitive as he matures?

MOTM, firstly 'wey-hey on last night', then 'oohhhh L so soon?' and a little bit, 'moving in... uhm... bit soon but you a grownup, so best of luck!' :D

Well, I don't think i've beaten the thread record. I think one or two have had quicker relationships than me on this thread and I have no plans to marry

Redmel - Thought i'd clicked the quote button but I seemingly haven't  Anyway - yes, I suppose I should go with the flow. Life is too short to worry about what might not happen and I really like this young lady. It just feels so right :o which is why i'm maybe so all over the place. I'm so decisive with everyone else and straight to the point

I take it you are internet shopping again elle !!
So am I tonight, but still cant decide on what to buy !! I got the electric can opener that sami was looking at, but my mum said my dad would love one, so I am giving it to him now instead of his socks (I know that sounds like a really boring present, but my dad only has one leg and a prosthetic so he needs non elasticated top socks and they are really hard to find and I hadnt got them yet anyway !!)

I'm trying to design that darn Christmas card for sis and SIL.. :o Oh, and watching G&S again as it's just started :D

I think I've decided everything I'm buying. I know OH has gone over budget but I'm not pushing myself and spending anymore than £40 (I bought the rings anyway!) :o

Just need to go out and get the rest. Not having my glasses is so hard, I could go to Tesco at this time of night and get a lot of the rest done but I don't wanna drive at night without them :o
  • Sorry, can't type anything else. I felt alright for a bit earlier but i've eaten something and feel ill again. I haven't been ill, I just feel bad. I'm all beecham'd up and everything and i've not been able to kiss or cuddle all night, but I do have a sexy nurse looking after me. I just can't do anything about her :o

Bedtime I think. Lucy's last day at work for 2 1/2 weeks tomorrow, older girls last day at school and younger ones are at home with me and 16yo, so I have to be alright tomorrow, somehow.

Hope you are all well. I haven't read all of todays posts, so sorry if I missed any more postings to me or any good or bad ( :( ) news.

I never bother sending Xmas cards :o They get bunged in the bin soon after, that's my excuse! I have a dodgy stomach tonight, feels like it's burning.

I have to go into town tomorrow to return that dress to H&M, I think I'll just take store vouchers, and get £40 worth of clothes.....

Going to Argos to get OH's coffee maker, that senseo one was all sold out in ALL the argos' in Aberdeen, so got a different one!

My dad is coming down in the morning to watch Keira, not taking her into town, she's a proper crank first thing in the morning, so I'll get her dressed and hopefully fed before I go and try and get her to go back to sleep on the sofa, and all my dad has to do is feed her a yoghurt and banana or something before he drops her off at nursery.

I've got a contact lens appointment tomorrow because my right eye is playing up again, it's all blurry, I put new lens' in aswell and it's still the same so obviously I need a stronger prescription in that eye again. They say my eyes are healthy so why are they getting worse!!!
