Wish I was wide awake.. No, in fact, I just wish Rhys would wake up, have his last bottle and go back to sleep for a looooooong sleep

Mum's phoning me at 8am (to wake me up!), then coming over at 10am to take Rhys out for the day (to my Grandparents' house probably) while I go out shopping.

Blumming glasses are delayed, should have them by the weekend now.. I haven't been out the house past 5pm for ages and I'm going nuts! Could have done so much shopping in Tesco/Asda and been sorted for Christmas by now! :rolleyes:

no, bizzarely, we havent even mentioned it to each other. i think it is cos we both know we are gonna argue about it!! :cool:

although, he is out satruday day (when he is meant to be going out with friends) and i know he wont give up shooting...so i thin i might win and et to go out!!
he goes out every other sat and every sunday.....im due some carla time, right!?? (I just hope that this time he doesnt drag my !!! to the Giants Causeway or the like! :cool:)

I am thinking of random things for Chris rather than one big pressie, I have a spare basket upstairs, so could do that !!

I decided that if I can get someone to watch Keira for a few hours on Tuesday, I'll nip up to the walk in clinic to go give some of my BLOOD! Also, will see about the platelet thing, 1500 donors and 5 million people live in Scotland. That's really not enough is it?

Plus from this thread, and reading about premature babies, it kinda hits home how serious it all is, the adverts on TV don't make you think "Oh I'll go do that" but knowing that Rhys had to get and (maybe Andrew??) I dunno, it just kinda proves to me that it's worth it. So I'll be doing that (if my blood is aids free of course :rotfl:)

He isnt always selfish....i just get jealous because he has a hobby that he can do all weekend, and i have nothing. I need to "get" something.....what do all you ladies (and men!) do!!!???

Sounds good! Got many ideas so far? Last year, OH and I did stockings worth £10 and had to be minimum of ten presents.. £1-shop-tastic!

I don't.. All my time is taken up with Rhys and Christmas shopping at the minute!

Was going to see about doing a short course on something at the local college after Christmas though.. not sure what on though, just something to do for fun and means a regular time to myself. Kinda need to work out what I'm doing with my KIT days too..

Do you get do to those courses at college free Elle? Think I'd have to pay, in Scotland you get college/uni free for 5years or something but only on FT courses. Theres an indian head massage course at mine thats PT. How cool would that be! Orgasmic!

yeah elle. ive been meanin to do that since Katie was Rhys' age too.....still havent found anything. I like shopping, but turns out its not as funded as i wanted it to be!!
it angers me that Oh can go out worry free for atleast 2 days a week and i feel guilty if i have a couple hours to myself.....need to get outta that habit!

No, I'd have to pay.. Well I'm assuming/expecting so, I don't think mat pay counts as low income cos it's only temporary and all that jazz
