Spoke too soon Mel :rotfl:
We started talking about how to deal with their dog being around Molly over Christmas. Husband suggested he should go to a kennel and said if he didn't we'd probably stay in a hotel. Brother said (and repeated when he was ignored the first time, Fine, you do that), I told him to !!!!!! while the grownups were talking and Mum leaped to his defence, telling me I was being rude.
It all carried on for a while (Brother sniped at me all through dinner, he's clearly been agitating for a fight) and they're now closeted in the living room with the door closed no doubt talking about how horrible we are.
If all Husband's Christmas presents weren't there I'd tell them we're not coming. As it is we may need a hotel.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I was supposed to be at my friend's twenty minutes ago but miserable baby won't go to sleep or be happy for daddy... I don't know what to do with her....A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Em - its not true, I've had 2 accidents that weren't my fault, I called my insurance straight away to notify them both times. The other person in both cases said they would pay rather than go through insurance but just in case they didn't you know.
when my renewal thing came it said on it I had had an accident but no claims (and therefore had my NCB still in tact.
does that make sense?
have you been on the PO website and got a quote? then you'll know if they've kept your NCB or not0 -
Shan't say hello SM, as I'm invisible at the moment, no one has acknowledge me all day, whatever!

Just leave. You can always come home early.

Hi ladies!
I'm back for the evening on and off.
DH has gone out for a few hours, so it's just me, the lappy, some Xmas pressies to wrap and what seems like three thousand Xmas cards to write.
Quick update of what's been happening Chez Chopsticks...
- weaning kinda going OK. Caitlin much prefers fruit to vegetables although I'm persisting with the veg. She likes the crusts of toast too but prefers isn't keen on cucumber and drops it on the floor. I tried to drop a milk feed yesterday by giving her more lunch and introduce water in one of these. She didn't each much more than normal and wasn't impressed with the cup either. I tried again today and she was just chewing on the spout rather than drinking anything. Both days I've ended up giving her milk as I didn't think she was getting enough liquid but then I wonder whether I should have not given her the milk cos then she might have been thirsty and taken some water later IYSWIM. Oh, I'm all confuzzled
- sleeping has been pretty good this week. *very unmodest mummy moment alert*....we no longer have dummies. We worked out that they were the cause of the bad sleeping (I know for most babies it's the opposite but my daughter likes to be different ). It's now one week, one day and about 8 hours since she's had one. I think tonight might be a bad night though as she's had less milk than usual. She only took 50ml of a 210ml bottle at bedtime before zonking out and I don't think that will be enough to sustain her all night. We couldn't rouse her at all, so I'm going to try dream feeding her in a couple of hours and see if that will help.
Off to catch up on a few pages then must write some Xmas cards0 -
