Yes, I was talking spiders. We had a lovely one today that got one of my girls screaming. I gave him a name - George - and put him outside. Poor spider was more frightened than my girl

Can't really go into full detail on here as why I offended her, but basically she got in the bath, wanted me to scrub her back, but then wanted me to scrub more and I felt uncomfortable and thought she may regret it in the morning because she suffered at the hands of her ex partner which she still has emotional scars from. It was a 6 years ago, but those scars are there and I thought I was saying and doing the right thing, but she thought it meant I didn't find her attractive, when in reality I think she's very beautiful and has a great body.
She's okay now I think after I explained as she's hugged me, kissed me and is smiling and talking.
Still don't know if i've done the right thing.0 -

MOTM, I think when she thinks about it later, she will realise that you were actually the perfect gentleman !! A lot would be far too quick to jump on the poor girl !!The two best things I have done with my life

We had a brief chat about it and I think she understands. I'll talk with her more when the time is right, see what the mood is when we get to bed in a minute. I'm not one to get bothered by peoples reactions to me, other than my girls, but it upset me a bit, as does her 'history'.0 -

My 16yo is like a mini mummy to my other girls. She's only a year and a couple of months older than 15yo, yet there is light years between them in maturity.
It's good when they look after each other though. You are preparing her for later life well :T0
