Had a great night out last night with a pal I haven't seen in years, necking copious amounts of red wine and talking up a storm. Revisited the red wine big time during the night and again this morning, so no breakfast and can only just keep a cup of tea down. Lack of solids are reflected on the scales but - ladies and gents - I DON'T recommend it as a weight loss plan. Bleh!!! _pale_£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Yeuch!! I'm eating my lunch - it may not be great for your weight loss but it's certainly helping mine :rotfl:
I have taken the bull by the horns and dug out all my WW stuff at the weekend (i found it while pulling apart my kitchen) and I'm back to counting points so hopefully this will help. It's so frustrating cos when I looked at it - I stopped going to the meetings and I was 6lb away from my goal weight and I'm now almost back to where I started :mad:0 -
I'm back from class and had a STS this week, should have a good loss next week though:T The sun is shining, the breeze is blowing and I am going to get those nets done and on the line!
Later folks

toooo many bloody people, after an hour i get the cravings to start hacking at people with chain saws and giant axes
and all the shops (dont look at cloths) run a cartel and ramp the prices up, everything is cheaper on the web
and then theres John Lewis, why do I have the desire to spend £1000s in there???
safer to stay away
But youre a bloke! It would be like me visiting B&Q, it just doesnt get me going like clothes.
Bluewater was dead on friday, i was so shocked. The busiest place was M&S but we didnt have to queue for anything. I would never go on a weekend, always shop on a weekday. Shopping on the internet really isnt the same, theres no touching, no trying on, no wow look at that amazing dress. I'd pay more just for that feeling.0 -

That is wonderful news, and you SO deserve it. I can just see you talkingto the brides and grooms (and the civil partners, and the birthday girls and boys, and the new home owners and ......) and impressing them with your warm personality and sense of humour, I 'm sure you'll encourage them to put lots of things on their lists and not argue with each other all the way around the shop.
I now have a diagnosis for my leg/back, which turns out to be a problem with my pelvis. It will, eventually, get better on its own :j if I rest it for about 6 months. Trying to be more active has been precisley the wrong thing to dowhich is why it has become worse and worse. So I do have to use a stick. I've ordered a very flowery one. I know I'm very lucky compared with the many people here who have permanent health issues but at the moment I'm quite fed up about it. Sorry for the moan.:o:o
Thanks granny
Sorry to hear about your pelvis granny, that doesnt sound nice. Sticks come in handy though, you could use it as apart of your !!!!!! image for one thing0 -
While I agree with u on the wow feeling vix, I think i must just be too old for it. I really want to hit everyone when I'm out shopping. Every kind of shopping except underwear and boots. But if anyone gets in my way when I've seen nice undies or boots, it's them that get knocked out the way :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
