There was also teatowels, underwear, necklace and earring sets, beachballs, socks, scarves, purses, cufflinks, sweeties, that kind of thing. Hope they bring it back, they'd make great stocking fillers

My invite is from 5-7pm. I have an &More card and got the invite with my reward vouchers.

I didn't go to the last one as it sounded like chaos so they are maybe trying to have abit of order with just cardholders. If I do go I hope there is enough stock for everyone to get their 5 things for 1p, should be one lot of 5 things per account holder and thats it, no taking friends with you to get more.

You also get 12.5% off anything you buy when you spend over £35 on the night, there's a voucher with invite.

My invite is for 11th Nov 3PM-5PM unfortinately it's for a M&S I don't shop at!!!!!

Atleast with some of the invites being evening invites it gives people who cant be at an M&S for 9am due to work responsibilities or having the drop kids off, the chance to get some items. It was busy-ish last time, I was about 10th in the queue and we're a relatively small town.

Maybe they've staggered the invites for throughout the day so some people get morning invites, others get afternoon or evening invites??

Mine is for an M&S I rarely shop at too but its almost as close I suppose. Its a much bigger store than I normally go to so more choice...or as they would see it more likely to spend your money!!


I just wonder how massive the queue will be if I do go, is it worth queuing for ages to get 5 items for 5p in total?

The event on the Wednesday is called the Loyalty Event and is for cardholders. It runs from 1pm to 9pm with people getting invites to a particulat slot, eg 3-5 or 7-9.There is a public event on the Friday with the same format as the previous penny bazaar. The gifts include teatowels, mugs, handkerchiefs, truffle logs, could not see any jewellery or purses on the offer.

Poorly run last time out what about disabled shoppers who cannot queue have problems with crowds to do? Invites should be made available to vulnerable shoppers first in my view. Another promotion I and my disabled mother cannot take part in and we have been shopping in the store between us for 60 years. :mad: Well done Marks And Sparks .

Are people getting their reward point vouchers through at the mo too? I want to pick up a pair of their shoes and would like the extra points - but I need them for next Sat and can barely find them anywhere as it is! Should I wait?!
